Hot and Lovely Seduction Steam Review

Hot and Lovely Seduction Steam Review

Why does Hot and Lovely Seduction exist? What possible reason was this game created when there is no nudity or even provocative outfits? This bog standard match 3 game has you unlocking pictures of girl’s faces. Not her body, as the Steam page trailer would suggest, no, just her face. Don’t believe me?

What?

There’s not much to review in Hot and Lovely Seduction. The Match 3 action, you’ve seen it all before, played it all before. In fact, you can just skip the game play altogether to get to the photos. I thought I left this kind of bait and switch behind on the Switch. Granted in the content section of page it says, “This game contains common adult content such as slightly revealing clothing and provocative poses.” However, you don’t even get that. I went scouring all over for some hint that the game was censored, but to no avail. What you see in Hot and Lovely Seduction is what you get, nothing hot and lovely about it.

Press the right arrow to skip.

The worst part is, I didn’t even spend long enough to post a review on Steam for Hot and Lovely Seduction, and there won’t be one, because I’m refunding this piece of crap. I wasted my $8.99. Again, why does this exist? I wish I knew. When you load the game up, it says: “join our community for extra content” and it sends you to a private chatroom, all in Chinese(I think) and no extra content. When reviewing adult content on steam, I’m trying to stick to softcore nudity, something like PumPum 2, this is because I’m not keen on reviewing hardcore sex titles, and most of those are visual novels anyway. However, there’s not any adult content at all in this game. I feel cheated. Hot and Lovely Seduction gets a Garbage verdict with a 2 score(because the Match 3 stuff works).

Overall: Hot and Lovely Seduction is bait and switch, it promises women in provocative clothing and poses. Instead you get pictures of their faces.

Verdict: Garbage

Score: 2

Kotaku’s Weekend Guide: 4 Great Games We Can’t Wait To Get Back To

Play it on: PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, Switch 2, Windows PCs (Steam Deck: “Verified”)Current goal: Survive

MGS3 is a good game. It’s a great game, even. There, I said it. Even though constantly changing my camo and dealing with nature in this game really tests my patience, it’s still the kind of stealth challenge that could summon me to my ruin. And even though this story, I dunno, ain’t my thing, goodness if it isn’t entertaining. And while the Master Collection’s version may not feel like the MGS3 I played in the ‘00s, it, and MGS3 broadly, still has that alluring Metal Gear magic.

There’s a remake of this classic title arriving next month, and I’m really interested to see what MGS3 can be in 2025. I’ve a feeling folks might find the game harder than they might remember it. You can really draw a line from MGS3 straight to Death Stranding. Managing battery meters, suppressors that wear out, needing to constantly tend to your inventory, what you’re wearing, what’s in or out of your backpack, dealing with stamina—MGS3 was doing this stuff long before Death Stranding was a baby in a pod.

So to wrestle once more with a game that’s often left me feeling very prickly, and to get a dose of the original’s magic before the remake, I’ll be jumping into the fictional Russian jungles as Naked Snake yet again. — Claire Jackson

Microsoft Randomly Shuts Down Its Movie & TV Store On Xbox And PC

Microsoft Randomly Shuts Down Its Movie & TV Store On Xbox And PC

With absolutely no warning and zero gilding the lily, Microsoft has abruptly shut down the ability to buy movies and TV shows via its store on Xbox and PC.

People became aware of this as they visited the story, only to be greeted by error messages. Microsoft, meanwhile, had posted up a Q&A detailing the changes while they in the process of actually making them.

https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js

“Microsoft has stopped selling new movie and TV content,” says the Q&A.

The good news – if it can be called that – is that you can still watch all of the shows and movies that you already bought.

“You can continue to enjoy your existing purchases using the Microsoft Movies & TV app on your Xbox or Windows device,” Xbox said, while hastily ripping down its own storefront.

Thus far, Xbox and Microsoft have not issued any official statement on why this decision was made, or why it was so sudden.

I’m going to assume that the most likely reason is that the storefront just wasn’t very successful. Netflix, Amazon, HBO Max (or whatever they are calling it these days) and a host of other subscriptions models are the dominant force, and I can’t imagine Microsoft’s movie and TV storefront was driving a lot of sales or rentals compared to its running costs.

Still, it’s peculiar for it to be shut down so abruptly. At the very least, companies normally announce these things in advance, if nothing else because people will often panic buy a bunch of stuff before it closes.

That said, I cannot remember the last time I used the store.

It could also be related to Microsoft’s latest spree of layoffs, which has resulted in thousands of people losing their jobs.

Red Pistol Steam Review

Red Pistol Steam Review

Red Pistol was a game developed by a duo from Brazil and published by Indie.io. I thought it looked cool, downloaded it to my Steam Deck and it crashed. I emailed the devs about it, and they released another patch, which made the deck not find the executable file. I sent the developers the screenshot and they figured out what was wrong. Now it works on the Steam Deck. It is good, but I don’t feel its a Must Play. It’s a complete, well made game, but a little rough around the edges I think. Red Pistol is a western twin stick shooter where you fight zombies and bullet-hell bosses. There are four biomes, including a town and a vampire castle. You go through procedural-generated levels to find the boss and beat them. Easier said than done.

Later on in this fight, he’ll fill the screen with bullets.

In Red Pistol, every enemy will drop a skill crystal. Gain enough, and you’ll level up. Then you’ll have a choice of one of four skills to enhance. These range from extra bullets to causing enemies to bleed. There is also a bounty system, which goes up the better you do. The better you do, the harder the enemies. Also you’ll run into a bounty-hunter mini-boss. Unfortunately, while there is a tutorial, it isn’t explained at all. Like your bounty affects what weapons you can use.

Red Pistol has a good catchy soundtrack, and good pixelated graphics. Unfortunately, on Steam Deck, the lowest resolution didn’t fit on the screen, and higher resolutions made text impossibly small to read. Also the health bar should be in the HUD, not a tiny bar above your character. Still, I liked Red Pistol, I’ll give it a recommended with an eight score. It’s solid and fun, but I didn’t feel it was an absolutely amazing Must Play. Still, this is an amazing start, and I can’t wait to see what comes next for the studio.

Overall: Red Pistol is a fun twin stick shooters combining rogue-like and bullet-hell to great effect. Unfortunately, its rough around the edges.

Verdict: Recommended

Score: 8

Next-generation brick building sandbox Brickadia is out with Linux / Steam Deck support

Next-generation brick building sandbox Brickadia is out with Linux / Steam Deck support

Roblox? LEGO? Who needs it. I’m all about Brickadia life now. Out in Early Access, it’s a next-generation mixture of LEGO styled block building, a little of Garry’s Mod too perhaps and Roblox style mini-games.

A dynamic sandbox where your imagination is (sometimes) the limit, game features allowing of course. There’s already a lot you can do with it too with real-time co-op building all directly in-game with no external editors needed. This includes fully functioning vehicles, a wiring system and big open-world environments.

While I was in the middle of writing this up as I previously spoke to the developer and they provided a key, another email entered the GamingOnLinux inbox today and they certainly knew how to get my attention. With a title starting “*LINUX PLAYERS!*” — okay, you got me.

In the email they noted “Brickadia is fully playable on Steam Deck with great performance, and works nicely on other desktops through Proton. The studio is working on being listed as Verified for the Steam Deck. A Linux dedicated server is also available”. True to their word, it works great with Proton 9.0-4 on Desktop Linux.

See, it doesn’t take much. While the likes of Roblox continue to just block Linux platforms along with various other games with anti-cheat, perhaps something like Brickadia could eventually take its place. Once it’s further along of course, there’s a lot of work ahead of it that the developers are aware they need to either fix, improve or expand upon.

Some highlights the developers noted:

Unleash Your Creativity: Build absolutely anything you can imagine with a powerful, intuitive building system that handles millions of bricks effortlessly. Any brick can be turned into a physics object using the Selector tool.
Build Together, Live: No need for external editors, everything is done in-game. Modify the world in real-time alongside friends, enabling seamless creative collaboration in multiplayer.
Play Your Way: From high-intensity combat gamemodes to laid-back social servers for building and hanging out, Brickadia supports a wide range of play styles.
Vehicle Creation: Design and build your own cars out of bricks, complete with engines, seats, and a variety of wheels to choose from.
Build Boats and Ships: Construct floating vehicles with buoyancy physics, engine bricks, and seats perfect for exploring or racing on water.
Bring Builds to Life with Wires: Use a powerful wiring system to make your creations interactive. With an easy-to-use wiring tool and a wide range of functional gates and components, complex logic is at your fingertips
Advanced Mechanics: Combine physics joints with wire circuits to build intricate, functional machines using an advanced physics engine.
Explore and Share with the Gallery: Instantly access massive player-made worlds and a huge collection of community-built prefabs through the in-game Gallery.
Dynamic Worlds: A fully customizable environment system lets you control stunning visuals and weather effects, with real volumetric clouds!
Lighting That Pops: Add dynamic lights to bricks to enhance the look and feel of your builds with gorgeous detail.
Immersive Audio: Integrate ambient sounds and custom effects into your creations using versatile audio components.
Next-Gen Visuals: Enjoy breathtaking graphics powered by HDR and ray tracing, making your worlds and creations look better than ever.

It is impressive though. Not only does it look great but it performs well too and I do love how accessible it all is to get going, it’s really very inviting. This could end up being a great one for all audiences of all ages. There’s some clever tools it gives you too that will no doubt be an absolute dream for LEGO building enthusiasts. Being able to warp blocks in various directions, copy and paste and more — there’s so much to like about it.

Early indicators are that players have been enjoying it, with a Very Positive rating on Steam. However, games like this that entirely rely on a community can live and die rather quickly, it’s a risky bet for game devs. We’ve seen lots and lots and lots more fail when they can’t keep a player count so it will be interesting to see if they manage to do so. It’s a tough world out there in game dev land. I’m hoping for the best on this one.

inZOI’s first DLC will be revealed at gamescom, and it’s bringing a new map to the game

inZOI’s first DLC will be revealed at gamescom, and it’s bringing a new map to the game

It seems like things have been going well in the world of life sim inZOI lately. Just last month, the game received a major update. Though it had initially been targeting May, it ended up being pushed back to June.

The update was generally well received (though Steam reviews took a dip), and publisher Krafton even took that opportunity to put the game on sale for the first time since the start of early access.

The future is looking brighter still, because there’s something on the horizon for players to look forward to.

Manage cookie settings

Krafton announced that inZOI’s first DLC is being revealed at gamescom Opening Night Live on August 19, the Geoff Keighley-hosted show that kicks off the world’s largest gaming convention. The upcoming DLC will bring a sizeable chunk of new content to the game.

For one, there’s going to be a new map that’s split into two islands. The tropical map is called Cahaya, and it’s inspired by Southeast Asia. The DLC will also introduce farming and fishing as new activities, available on the main island.

The second island is more of a resort for players to relax after a hard day’s work. As always, you can expect a host of new customisation features and items to arrive right alongside the new map.

What’s more, if you’re going attend the show in person, you’ll be able to go hands-on with Cahaya, making it the DLC’s first public demo. The bad news is that we still don’t have a solid release date for the upcoming DLC, but we’re hoping the big gamescom blow-out will bring us one.

Until then, you can always check out our ever-popular (and very useful) inZOI cheats, including a guide on how to enable them in-game. For answera to more specialised questions, here’s how to change your gender in inZOI, how to cure sickness, and a full breakdown of how the karma mechanic works in inZOI.

My Friendly Neighborhood Blends Mascot Horror with Zombies on Xbox, Game Pass, Play Anywhere | TheXboxHub

My Friendly Neighborhood
My Friendly Neighborhood – now on Game Pass and Play Anywhere

For many, The Muppets and Sesame Street are terrifying enough (and we can’t blame you, there’s just something so off about puppets!), so the added horrors to be found in My Friendly Neighborhood on Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere takes the scares to another level.

Developed by John and Evan Szynmanski, and published by DreadXP, My Friendly Neighborhood is a truly terrifying blend of FNAF-esque mascot horror with the ever-approaching zombie hordes.

Sesame-an Streets

Now available on Xbox – coming day-one to the Game Pass service – this release marks a first for My Friendly Neighborhood on console, after being only PC-based since its debut in July 2023.

Inspired by the aforementioned kids puppetry shows, as well as the countless mascot horror titles out there, in this first-person survival horror you will venture to a closed film studio. The cast of The Friendly Neighborhood have been put into retirement for many years now, and the sets all but abandoned.

That is, until the puppets announce themselves – ever so briefly – onto the stage once again. Suddenly, there’s a mystery to be solved!

Featuring a Resident Evil-style grid-based inventory to store your many tools, including a range of wacky weapons such as a Rolodexer, shotgun and more, My Friendly Neighborhood on Game Pass is a little bit more action-heavy than other survival horror titles. But that doesn’t mean it’s short of scares!

My Friendly Neighborhood Key Features

A colorful cast of puppet friends turned adversaries (and maybe turned friends again!)

Non-linear, survival horror gameplay. Make sure to check your map!

Unique weapons like the Rolodexer. Do you know your ABCs? You better – it’s your ammo.

An array of puzzles in the vein of the survival horror greats.

A multitude of diverse environments, from the “BTS” Ray’s Workshop to cardboard crayon halls

A grid-based real-time inventory, ’cause that’s just way better

NOW FEATURING: Post game Neighborhorde mode!

Play Today!

If you dare approach the frights within, My Friendly Neighborhood offers up a colourful romp through an uncannily scary world. You can now purchase it via the Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC for £24.99, or for free as part of the Game Pass service.

My Friendly Neighborhood is also part of the Xbox Play Anywhere service: purchase the game on Xbox or PC, and you can enjoy cross-progression between the two.

My Friendly Neighborhood Description

Something is amiss with everyone’s favorite Saturday morning puppet show! For years, the colorful cast of The Friendly Neighborhood delighted audiences across the globe with their cooky capers and educational adventures. However, as time went on and interest waned, the production studio found themselves out of money and closed their doors for good. Toy sales would dwindle, and birthday balloons and cakes would find new mascots. In time, the once household names would fade into increasingly niche fandoms. Until one night years later, the studio unexpectedly clicks back to life and starts broadcasting The Friendly Neighborhood. TV sets across the globe flicker for a moment before the familiar puppets return for a surprise encore! But this isn’t your typical family-friendly holiday special… are those puppets eating each other!?

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 developer Saber Interactive has teased a brand-new video game following the launch of its massively successful 40K game.

Saber, which is a massive company working on games across the world, is already working on Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake, John Carpenter’s Toxic Avenger, a new Avatar: The Last Airbender game, Turok: Origins and Space Marine 3.

While the studio already has a tonne of announced projects in the works, the company is also teasing another new game,  and it looks very much like some kind of horror game.

Saber Interactive announces new game

Announced on social media, Saber’s potentially horror-themed new game will be announced on July 22, 2025. In fact, the company has also registered the website july-22-2025.com to prepare for the reveal later this month.

At the time of writing, the website simply displays a black screen with the following text:  PM 1:00 UTC Jul. 22, 2025. Every now and again, this text will be replaced with the flashing footage of the number “55”.

Saber has also posted a video on social media of 1990s-era camcorder footage of a room with a flashing CRT television. While the TV glows, screams and shouting can be heard in the background. The studio hasn’t revealed any official information of what the new title’s gameplay will be.

There’s no additional confirmation on what this game will be. It’s not known if the game is a new IP or some form of adaptation. However, even without confirmation from Saber, it seems obvious that the new game is some form of horror title.

Saber’s next developed title is the exciting World War Z VR, a new PC and Meta Quest conversion of its popular Left 4 Dead style co-op game. The VR title releases on August 12, 2025.
