      Christmas is coming – and it seems Prince William and wife Kate are about to pull out all the stops for the occasion.

      The festive season is set to be even more special for the royals, following a tough past 12 months.

      Both Kate and King Charles – who no doubt appear on Royal Christmas Traditions: Now and Then this weekend (December 21) – have battled cancer. Happily, the Princess revealed in September that she is now cancer-free.

      So here, as they prepare to celebrate Christmas, ED! takes a look inside their festivities…

      Prince William and Kate keep up the late Queen’s tradition

      In the build-up to the big day, it’s been reported that William and Kate – who share three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis – borrow a tradition from the late Queen.

      He is keeping with the family tradition.

      In recent years, the couple have been spotted picking up their Christmas tree. They’ve been seen at a local store close to their home, Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, according to a source.

      The insider alleged to Hello: “It’s no surprise that Prince William and his family picked their tree from Windsor Great Park. The late Queen always sourced Windsor Castle’s Christmas trees there. And King Charles did so last year, too. He is keeping with the family tradition.”

      Christmas Day itself kicks off with a 9am breakfast, followed by church service at 11am. Up next, is pre-drinks at Sandringham House.

      However, it’s been claimed that female royals enjoy their light breakfast in their bedrooms. Meanwhile, the men head to the dining room – before leaving for church.

      Due to the men and women being separated in the morning, this means William and Kate have not shared a Christmas breakfast together – despite more than a decade of marriage.

      What do the royals eat for breakfast?

      Former royal chef Darren McGrady spoke about the Christmas Day mornings with the MailOnline in 2017.

      Sharing what they get to feast on, he said: “On Christmas Day, the ladies generally opt for a light breakfast of sliced fruit, half a grapefruit, toast and coffee delivered to their rooms.

      “The male royals, on the other hand, descend to the dining room for a hearty breakfast at 8.30am with eggs, bacon and mushrooms, kippers and grilled kidneys, to set them up for the 11am church service at St Mary Magdalene. Upon their return, they dive straight into pre-lunch drinks.”

      It is thought that the women and men being separated at breakfast is down to the women being able to have more time to get their hair and make-up ready for the church service.

      William and Kate’s secret tradition

      Despite Christmas being a jam-packed family day, William once revealed his secret tradition away from the rest of the royal family.

      During a visit to a seasonal event of the 1st Battalion Mercian Regiment in Bulford, Wiltshire, William spoke to soldiers and their families.

      Leah St Clair-Lewis, from the WRVS, spoke with William and then later revealed what they chatted about. She said: “We spoke about what he was up to for Christmas and enjoying walks with his dogs at Sandringham.”

      William and Kate’s current dog is a black cocker spaniel named Orla. They previously had a cocker spaniel called Lupo. However, Lupo sadly died in 2020.

      If Cop Officers: Police Simulator of NYPD City sounds familiar, it is because I talked extensively about it in an editorial comparing it to Police Simulator: Patrol Officers. I was only dealing with the marketing there, but now I have the real deal and I can safely say its surprisingly not completely Garbage. The problem with Cop Officers is it had no budget and it shows. The game borrows heavily from Police Simulator, even pretending it is Police Simulator:

      Cop Officers follows the same basic structure of Police Simulator, you have a neighborhood, a shift and time limit to complete tasks. Your very first task is to stop and frisk everyone you see looking for an illegal gun. Ask for their ID, if it says “Gun Permit: Yes.” Let them go. If not, frisk em. If they have a gun on them, write them a ticket. Five to complete the task. . All the while, you can write parking tickets too for cars on the sidewalk. After fifteen minutes, the shift ends

      As you can see, Cop Officer looks like trash. It sounds like trash too, with the cop voice overs probably stolen from the real Police Simulator. In fact lets do an image comparison with a marketing screenshot, shall we?

      And there you have it, Cop Officers is a complete fraud. It pretends to be Police Simulator while being a pale imitation of it, hoping people are stupid enough to fall for it. Strangely, the game is playable, but why play a turd when can you play the real deal? I mean the traffic doesn’t even function here, with cars backed up at a stoplight forever(see the image comparison above). Cop Officers get a Garbage with a three back-end score, and I’m being really generous here.

      Overall: Cop Officers: Police Simulator of NYPD City is strangely playable, but that’s doesn’t mean you should go anywhere near this, however.

        In an interview from 2023, Janette was quizzed on her worst moment presenting live TV. The dancer went on to recall a ‘mortifying’ incident that saw her accidentally swear in Italian on TV.

        “I don’t want to bring it up because I was mortified but I was hosting It Takes Two and my guest was an Italian choreographer. I don’t speak Italian, but there’s quite a few Italians around me on Strictly and they’re always saying this phrase as a joke to each other and I assumed it was like slang for ‘what’s up?’” Janette told The Telegraph.

        Janette shared: “There was a phone call from my boss the next morning. And she said: ‘Janette, did you swear in Italian last night on the show?’ I had no idea what it meant and I thought I was going to get fired.”

Still, some crossovers in the game seem out of the blue; one as the Skibidi Toilet collab, which caught many off guard.

          Due to great demand from fans and popularity shown in Fortnite polls, often times there also comes a crossover years in the making. One such collab is on its way to Fortnite and this time it features the most loved game of recent times.

          Fortnite x Cyberpunk collaboration will bring two epic skins to Chapter 6

          The official X page of Cyberpunk 2077 posted a mysterious picture showing the main character, V, seated in front of several screens, one of which displays the Fortnite Battle Bus and the others show different locations and POIs of the current Chapter 6 Season 1 map. The teaser posed, “Whatcha gawking at there, V?”

          This validates the most recent leaks by data miners like ShiinaBR, who have exposed that a Cyberpunk 2077 collab scheduled for Fortnite on December 23, 2024, at 7 PM E.T. would be visiting the Item Shop with two skins. V and Johnny Silverhand are the characters getting their own outfits in Fortnite.

          Each skin will cost 1,500 V-Bucks, and the bundle, including both sets, will be 2,800 V-Bucks. Additionally, a Quadra Turbo RV Tech vehicle will be sold for 1,800 V-Bucks.

          Though fans have been requesting a male version of the skin be introduced as well, which was promoted in trailers and key art of the main game, the teaser image showed a female V skin, which can also be seen on the Phantom Liberty DLC cover. Although it’s not certain which variant will be included, it’s rather likely the one seen in the teaser.

          But Epic can also add a male variant in a selectable style to V since they used the identical costume for two appearances for the Nathan Drake skin as well from the Uncharted game and the movie.
