Monad Airdrop Guide: the Easiest Way to Unlock Your Rewards

Monad, a leading Layer 1 EVM blockchain, recently launched its Testnet on February 19th. This opens up a new avenue to explore opportunities for receiving Airdrops from the Monad Ecosystem.

What is Monad?

Monad is a new blockchain designed to be both fast and cheap, while still prioritizing decentralization. It’s built to work seamlessly with existing Ethereum tools, like smart contracts and wallets, by fully supporting the EVM. To achieve its high speed, Monad uses advanced techniques like parallel processing and an optimized database.

Learn more: What is Monad?

Monad, developed by Monad Labs, has attracted significant backing from prominent investors in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. The project has raised a total of $244 million across two major funding rounds. In February 2023, Monad Labs secured $19 million in a seed round led by DragonFly Capital. Later, in April 2024, the company raised an additional $225 million in a Series A round led by Paradigm, with other key backers such as Coinbase Ventures, Electric Capital, and Greenoaks Capital joining the effort.

These investments reflect strong confidence in Monad’s mission to build a high-performance, Ethereum-compatible Layer 1 blockchain capable of processing 10,000 transactions per second, driven by a team with deep expertise from high-frequency trading and blockchain engineering.

After Berachain and Story Protocol TGE, the positive aftereffects from the Berachain and Story Protocol airdrops are driving the community to shift their support towards another Layer-1 blockchain, Monad. Concurrently, historically, Layer-1 projects such as Sui, Berachain, Hyperliquid, Aptos, and Movement have all executed notably impressive airdrop distributions targeting builders and contributors.

Moreover, the Monad Testnet has just launched, which is reminiscent of Berachain, as that Layer-1 also ran its Testnet program for an extended period before announcing its Mainnet launch, which is occured around the same time as it’s TGE.

The Kaito AI Pre-TGE Arena Dashboard shows the chain consistently dominating the top leaderboard in daily mindshare, highlighting the significant attention this network receives for Monad Airdrop potential.

Step 4: Get Monad Roles on Discord

Similar to many recent major projects that base Airdrop distributions on Discord roles, acquiring roles within Monad’s Discord could be a factor in evaluating future token allocation.

Step 5: Stake Wormhole token ($W) to earn Monad Airdrop

Buy $W and withdraw to your EVM wallet. The amount can range from 1000 $W to 10000 $W, with larger amounts resulting in a higher reward rate.

Step 5: Stake Wormhole token ($W) to earn Monad Airdrop

Choose an amount of $W to stake. All done.

Step 5: Stake Wormhole token ($W) to earn Monad Airdrop

Final thought

The Monad Airdrop represents a significant opportunity that investors within the cryptocurrency community should closely monitor to avoid missing the chance to participate in early Testnet access and potentially secure substantial airdrop rewards.

However, it is also important to note that Monad has not yet officially announced its native token, and early participation in the project only serves to secure potential future airdrop opportunities.

Jennifer Lopez’s Emotional Moment As She’s Legally Declared Single

Jennifer Lopez had an emotional moment on stage just hours after being declared legally single again.

During her sold-out concert in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, the 55-year-old singer appeared visibly moved as she paused to thank the audience for their overwhelming applause.

Placing a hand on her chest, Jennifer Lopez fought back tears before addressing the crowd.

Jennifer Lopez Fights Back Tears As She Officially Becomes Legally Single

“Now you got me feeling myself,” she said, dressed in a shimmering brown jumpsuit, in a video shared on Instagram Friday.

The touching moment came shortly after TMZ reported that Lopez and Ben Affleck were officially declared legally single following their divorce settlement on January 6.

Lopez initially filed for divorce from the “Air” actor on August 20, 2024, coinciding with what would have been their second wedding anniversary. The couple, who rekindled their romance in 2021 nearly two decades after calling off their first engagement, tied the knot in 2022 but ultimately split two years later.

According to reports, both Lopez and Affleck left the marriage with the assets they individually acquired during their relationship.

However, questions still remain regarding their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which has been sitting on the market for months.

In addition, Lopez is reportedly planning to drop Affleck from her last name now that their divorce has been finalized.

The 51-year-old actor first dated Lopez in 2002, with the couple breaking up just two years later after a failed engagement. Two decades later, they rekindled their romance and tied the knot in July 2022, only for Lopez to file for divorce last year. Their split, which was finalized with the help of a mediator, marked the definitive end of their tumultuous love story.

According to Daily Mail, the breakup left Affleck feeling “exhausted,” but after taking time to heal, he is now open to dating again—while staying focused on his sobriety.

“This weight is lifted from him, and he is ready to move on and date again—if the right woman comes along,” a source told the outlet. “He is taking a minute because this has taken a toll on him. He is staying close to his family and his sobriety circle.”

The insider added that while Affleck isn’t feeling “fragile,” the experience of his failed marriage to Lopez has left him drained.

Since the split, both stars have been prioritizing their careers. Affleck has been busy with the sequel to “The Accountant,” where he reprises his role as a forensic accountant with extraordinary abilities. The action-packed film is set for release in April 2025 and is produced by Artists Equity, the production company he co-founded with longtime friend Matt Damon.

Lopez, meanwhile, has been performing in the UAE for Saadiyat Nights in Abu Dhabi and recently starred in Unstoppable, which Affleck and Damon also produced. Her latest film, “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

As for Lopez’s love life, sources claim she is in no rush to re-enter the dating scene following her split from Affleck.

“Jen, like most people, would love to have love in her life again,” an insider shared with Daily Mail. “But the one person she has to give time to right now is herself. If something presents itself, then obviously life and love will find a way, but she isn’t looking to get into any new relationships.”

The source added that the “On The Floor” singer is focused on her work and personal growth, hoping 2025 will be a year of self-reinvention.

“She isn’t actively looking to date right now and is still processing losing Ben again,” they continued. “She likes being in a relationship almost immediately after one ends, but right now, she is trying something new and seeing if that works out for her better.”

BGT’s most ‘terrifying’ and ‘twisted’ audition in ‘bloody’ snaps: Amanda screams as Simon Cowell squirms

On BGT tonight, sporting face-paint and a cunning smile, performer Auzy Blood left the judges screaming and squirming as he put on a show that viewers were urged to “not try at home”.

The act was so stomach-churning, Amanda Holden couldn’t help exclaim: “I can’t believe he’s done that.”

Even the typically cool and collected Simon Cowell was left shaken as he was roped into Auzy’s terrifying antics.

Keep scrolling for some eye-popping shots of the show…

BGT tonight: Auzy Blood puts on ‘terrifying’ show

Sword swallower and three times Guinness world record holder Auzy Blood starred on the show tonight. The star put on a twisted performance where he could be seen pushing metal rods down his throat.

The performer, who describes himself online as a walking freak show, made Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli cower in their seats.

They even turned away from the stage as his harrowing moves ramped up…

At one point, he even hung from the ceiling by a metal spike hooked into his nostril!

In case you missed it, here are some of our favourite snaps from the show. But here is a little warning…they are nightmare fuel!

Auzy Blood’s horrifying performance in photos from BGT tonight

Auzy kicked off his act by swirling a long metal spring through his nose and mouth.

The judges couldn’t believe there eyes, with Alesha, Bruno and Amanda even covering their faces. Although typically calm and reserved during acts, Simon could be seen grimacing and squirming as Auzy’s gruesome antics progressed.

During one baffling move, Auzy pushed a long tube through his nose. He then placed one end of the tube in a jar of wine and passed the other end to Simon to drink through…which he did!

At one point, a shaken Declan Donnelly even complained “I don’t like it,” as Auzy could be seen dangling from the ceiling by his nose. Ouch!

Despite his strange moves, Auzy appeared to win over the judges. Ultimately, he won three votes from Simon, Amanda and Bruno.

Because of this, he was put through to the next stage!

Although, Alesha jokingly pointed out that due to the painful nature of his act, that may not be a good thing! So, do you think Auzy should have been put through?

Why George Clooney Left NBC’s ER – SlashFilm

Why George Clooney Left NBC’s ER – SlashFilm

These days, major Hollywood stars split their time between the small and big screens pretty reliably; hell, it seems like Nicole Kidman has a new TV project every other week (in a different wig, no less). Back in the 1990s and 2000s, though, television was regarded as a lesser medium, meaning that small-screen actors were constantly trying to become big movie stars and leave their TV roots firmly in the rearview mirror. That’s precisely why, after five seasons as Dr. Doug Ross, George Clooney left “ER” for greener, more cinematic pastures.

It probably sounds like an oversimplification to say that Clooney stopped playing Doug Ross so that he could focus on his film career, but that’s essentially … exactly what happened! Though Clooney made movies like “Out of Sight” and his often-maligned Caped Crusader flick “Batman & Robin” while playing Doug Ross, filming a network TV show with 20-odd episodes a season is a huge time commitment. With his eyes on the big screen, it makes sense that he decided to leave Chicago behind for Hollywood. So how did John Wells and the rest of the creative team behind “ER” write Doug Ross out of the overall narrative? Did Clooney ever return to reprise his role as Doug Ross? (Yes, twice; I’ll get to that.) I’m pretty sure you’re familiar with Clooney’s post-“ER” body of work, but still, we’ll go over all of that briefly. Here’s precisely how George Clooney left NBC’s hit medical drama “ER” and how his career ascended to astounding heights afterward.

Why did Doug Ross leave Cook County General Hospital in ER’s fifth season?

Throughout his time on “ER,” Dr. Doug Ross — who starts the series as a pediatric fellow before becoming an attending in the field who specifically works in the emergency department — is an irreverent but extremely devoted doctor who will do absolutely anything to help his patients, and his impulse to shirk the rules to serve patients at any cost is exactly why he gets written out of the series. During season 5 of “ER,” Doug treats a young boy named Ricky Abbott (Kyle Chambers) who has a rare disease called adrenoleukodystrophy, or ALD; Doug first crosses a boundary when he gives an experimental pain drug to Ricky, which could jeopardize the drug’s entire trial if anybody found out. (There is no cure for ALD.)

Later, in the two-part episode “The Storm” — where Doug gets into a car accident with physician assistant Jeanie Boulet (Gloria Reuben) — Doug not-so-secretly allows Ricky’s mother to access the hospital’s locked supply of Dilaudid, a medication that ultimately leads to Ricky’s death after she administers it to end his suffering. To avoid any more scandal, Doug “moves to Seattle,” and Clooney’s last appearance on the series — as a regular — is in the second half of “The Storm.”

Dr. Doug Ross ended up returning for two episode of ER

Even though George Clooney left “ER” to pursue a more lucrative and high-profile film career, he ultimately returned to the series twice, though his first time back was a small (and super-secret) cameo. In the season 6 episode “Such Sweet Sorrow,” Carol Hathaway — one of the first major “ER” characters played by Julianna Margulies — decides to move to Seattle to be with her on-again, off-again love Doug Ross, and at the very end of the episode, Doug isn’t played by a humble stand-in; he’s played by George Clooney himself. In a 2024 interview with the Television Academy, Marguiles said that showrunner John Wells somehow managed to make Clooney’s appearance a total secret, which really paid off — because when audiences saw it, they were shocked. “I remember my mom saying to me — she was so shocked because everyone knew George was off the show — my mother said she screamed, which I think was a lot of people’s reaction,” Marguiles recalled. “It was the right ending for them because Carol and Doug were destined to be together.”

In season 15 of “ER” — the final season of the long-running medical series, actually — both Marguiles and Clooney reappear in the episode “Old Times,” where they work together as a married couple at the University of Washington Medical Center. After they persuade a grieving grandmother, played by Susan Sarandon, to donate her grandson’s organs … but what they don’t know is that the kidney from that harvest goes to their old friend and colleague Dr. John Carter (Noah Wyle) in Chicago while he’s undergoing his own health crisis.

After ER, George Clooney became one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood

It’s safe to say that leaving “ER” was the right move for George Clooney because he’s now Hollywood royalty … and he might not have had time to become a movie star if he’d been stuck playing Doug Ross for years. After leaving the show in 2000, Clooney appeared in a pretty wide variety of successful films, including “The Perfect Storm” and “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” that same year; in the years that followed, he worked on everything from “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind” to the “Ocean’s” franchise to “Up in the Air” to “The Monuments Men.”

Clooney ultimately won his first Academy Award for his supporting role in “Syriana” in 2006 and his second for producing “Argo” in 2013, but he was nominated for his performances in “Michael Clayton,” “Up in the Air,” and “The Descendants,” and has appeared in major Best Picture frontrunners like Alfonso Cuarón’s 2013 masterpiece “Gravity.” In recent years, Clooney has only taken a handful of roles, including in the romantic comedy “Ticket to Paradise” — which reunites him with his “Ocean’s” co-star Julia Roberts — and in the Apple TV+ buddy comedy “Wolfs” with his real-life friend Brad Pitt, but the venerable actor is also married (to human rights lawyer Amal Clooney) with two children, so he’s a little busy. In any case, you can watch him play Dr. Doug Ross on “ER” on Hulu now if you want to relive his small-screen days.

It is essential for the Miller’s path to reach the wedding, and before players can get to the wedding, they will have to find several items for the companion. This Week in Bitcoin: Bybit Hack Rocks Market as ETFs Bleed—But Institutions Remain Bullish – Decrypt

This Week in Bitcoin: Bybit Hack Rocks Market as ETFs Bleed—But Institutions Remain Bullish – Decrypt

Bitcoin will “bore you to a million dollars” was just one of the quotes circulating Crypto Twitter (aka X) this week as traders and influencers in the space bemoaned sideways price action.

The biggest and oldest digital coin barely budged until Friday, when it dipped following a hack of crypto exchange Bybit that resulted in over $1.4 billion worth of Ethereum and related tokens being swiped—the biggest crypto hack ever based on the value of the assets at the time of the incident. On top of that, U.S. inflation concerns prompted a risk asset selloff.

CoinGecko shows that Bitcoin is now priced at $96,750 per coin after having reached as high as $99,262 Friday morning, then plunging under $95,000 after the Bybit hack rocked markets. But over the last seven days, Bitcoin is nearly flat, falling just 0.7%.

Is the bull run over? Maybe not, but the coin is now 11% below the all-time high price of over $108,000 it touched in January.

        ETF flows

Investors continued to pull cash out of the new American exchange-traded products, Farside Investors data shows, with money exiting the new funds every day of this week after U.S. markets were closed Monday. Nearly $365 million left the 10 funds on Thursday alone, marking the week’s worst day for flows. The other three days saw between $60-$65 million each in outflows.

Last week, the crypto ETFs lost money after the Federal Reserve hinted that it wasn’t in a hurry to cut interest rates. When new figures drop next week, we’ll again lackluster numbers for the products as American investors take a more cautious approach to speculating with inflation looking like it it’s here to stay—for now.

        Institutions still bullish

Still, analysts at investment firm Bernstein think Bitcoin is only going up: They said in a Monday report that investors should be prepared for a further rally in the asset and equities related to it, as “the confluence of adoption by banks, institutional investors, corporates, and eventually sovereigns” pushes the price of the coin higher.

Bernstein analysts have made bullish predictions before, forecasting a 2025 price $200,000 by year end.

        Fold goes public

And another Bitcoin company has gone mainstream: Financial services company Fold, which has a debit card and rewards users with Bitcoin for buying through its app, began trading publicly on the Nasdaq Composite on Wednesday.

One of the few Bitcoin companies to trade publicly, the listing shows more mainstream acceptance of the industry. Surely that’s bullish, right? You might think so, but FLD started trading at $10 on Wednesday, rose above $13, and then proceeded to fall under the $7 mark by the end of the day Friday amid the aforementioned markets chaos.

        DOG expands to Solana

Elsewhere, the most valuable Bitcoin Runes meme coin, DOG•GO•TO•THE•MOON (or just DOG), became available on Solana thanks to a bridge that lets people trade it across both chains. DOG’s pseudonymous creator Leonidas told Decrypt that the token was “just following in the footsteps of BTC” in becoming more available to a larger crowd—and putting Bitcoin-related products in the hands of more people.

Not all Bitcoin maxis are likely to agree with that idea, but we’ll see whether it leads to a rise in the coin’s price. Right now, it’s up about 3% over the last 24 hours—but DOG has fallen sharply since hitting an all-time high price in December, down a whopping 72% since then.

Matt Willis on his “big regret” following the tragic death of his famous friend

Matt Willis on his “big regret” following the tragic death of his famous friend

Busted bass player Matt Willis went to school with Amy Winehouse and, as adults, they continued to spend time together.

His penchant for clubbing was likely a good thing for his band’s image, wrote The Guardian, in a 2023 interview with the musician.

But his taste for booze went too far. In 2023, he made what the newspaper calls a “bitingly honest” documentary about his struggles with cocaine and alcohol, and his eventual recovery.

His partner Emma used to keep a diary to track his drinking, and feared for his life. But in among it all, one of his most painful regrets has to do with his old school pal Amy.

Busted bassist Matt Willis’ ‘big regret’ after Amy Winehouse died

Amy Winehouse and Matt Willis – on screen on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show tonight (February 22) – went to school together, along with other famous names such as Lee Ryan, Tom Fletcher, Billie Piper and Jodi Albert.

They went to the independent fee-paying Sylvia Young Theatre School in Marylebone, London.

In fact, Amy and Matt were “really good mates”, he once told the Mirror. They kissed once, but it was “just a bit of silliness”.

After they left school, he and Amy continued to hang out together. Later, after he got sober, he told The Guardian, she stopped wanting him around.

He, too, was disinclined to “be around her and her mates”, he said. “I was trying to keep myself as safe as possible.”

I always think, would she, if I’d really tried? That’s a big regret for me.

She died of alcohol poisoning in 2011 at the young age of 27, and Matt wonders if he could have helped her onto the right track.

“She wouldn’t have listened. But I always think, would she, if I’d really tried? That’s a big regret for me.”

His alcohol and drug abuse almost cost him his wedding

Matt Willis married Emma Griffiths in 2008. But in the lead up to the wedding, the romance appears to have been on shaky grounds.

He was drinking heavily and using drugs in order to function while inebriated, he told The Guardian in 2023.

“I couldn’t stop. I would try to get to 12 o’clock [without a drink]. I would be shaking and feeling like I was going to pass out. Once I started, I couldn’t stop, and then I was using drugs to function. We had a month till the wedding and the state I was in, she wasn’t going to marry me.”

He checked himself into a rehabilitation centre of his own accord and managed to stay sober on his wedding day, then relapsed.

Emma gave birth to their first child, Isabelle, in 2009. When she was eight months old, Matt had an epiphany that motivated him to stay sober. He’d realised that he was going to be a terrible father if he kept using.

That was, until Busted reunited in 2015. He relapsed again and things became “very difficult” between him and Emma.

Fortunately, he’s past the worst of it now, and understands his vulnerabilities better than ever. He talks openly and at length about his struggles with addiction in the documentary Matt Willis: Fighting Addiction.

In the UK, Action on Addiction is available on 0300 330 0659. Contact Samaritans on freephone 116 123, or you can get in touch by emailing [email protected].

Matt’s on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show on Saturday February 22 on BBC One at 6.40pm.

Anna Duggar Has a Controversial New Job While Josh Rots in Jail

Anna Duggar Has a Controversial New Job While Josh Rots in Jail

            Reading Time: 3 minutes

Anna Duggar has a job. It’s controversial, and it’s unclear if it’s enough for a family of eight.

As much as many people would love to see Anna Duggar go scorched earth on her in-laws, that’s not looking likely.

Instead, she’s seemingly remaining as demure as her cult upbringing demands.

So, instead of penning a scathing tell-all that could support her and her seven children, she’s landed a much more controversial job.

Anna Duggar has a controversial new job

Mother-of-seven Anna Duggar lives in Tontitown, Arkansas. She is awaiting the release of Josh Duggar from federal prison.

She’s going to be waiting for a long time. Thankfully, Josh will remain behind bars where he belongs until 2032.

Anna is still living in a warehouse on Jim Bob’s compound. None of this is the life that she envisioned. But then, members of this cult seldom get to make real decisions in their lives. That goes double for the women.

According to a report by The US Sun, Anna Duggar now has a job as a dog breeder.

In May of 2024, she filed for a business license.

The operation is Golden Grove Pups, LLC.

Her new job is breeding golden retrievers. Which has led critics to characterize Anna as running a puppy mill.

Who would buy dogs from Anna Duggar’s alleged puppy mill?

Though Anna has not publicly linked herself to the business, there are clear ties.

The US Sun even found video of the puppies inside the warehouse where Anna and her seven children live.

But the question remains: who would buy these puppies from Josh Duggar’s wife?

Without seeing her business records, we can only speculate. But, like a number of longtime Duggar-watchers, we know how the cult generally operates.

Members of the Duggar family and their church often lack any sort of real education. What they lack in actual academic knowledge or qualifications, however, they make up for in connections.

So, Jim Bob and other people (usually men) with money buy from each other, hiring each other’s offspring. This keeps everyone part of and dependent upon the cult. Perhaps members of the Duggar church are buying the dogs … or maybe people are buying them without knowing that they come from Josh Duggar’s wife.

            There’s more news from Tontitown

The report from The US Sun also details that Anna continues to subject her children to homeschooling, which is something that the United States government unfortunately still permits.

“Anna has been seen bringing her sons to basketball games weekly and watching them play from the stands,” a source shared. “She socializes with people and appears to have made friends with basketball parents.”

Notably, it seems that only the boys get to play sports. It’s likely that Anna is raising her daughters to be wives and daughters, and nothing more.

Black Ops 6 Zombies Fans Frustrated With ‘Impossible’ Cowabunga Cranked Mode

Black Ops 6 Zombies Fans Frustrated With ‘Impossible’ Cowabunga Cranked Mode

A new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mode has arrived in Black Ops 6 Zombies but fans of the game aren’t all happy with its inclusion.

If you’re yet to drop into Season 2 Reloaded in Black Ops 6, you’ll find there’s plenty of content awaiting your return.

Perhaps the biggest push from Treyarch this mid-season update revolves around the new TMNT collaboration, which brings with it new skins, modes, and even a special event pass.

But over in Zombies, the new Cowabunga Cranked game mode isn’t to everyone’s taste.

            The Issues With Cowabunga Cranked

Over on the Call of Duty Zombies subreddit, users are complaining about the new Cowabunga Cranked TMNT mode in Black Ops 6.

The mode itself is a take on the classic ‘Cranked’ mode, which requires players to continually eliminate zombies to reset a timer before it ticks down to zero.

This time around though, players can collect unique TMNT-themed Power-Ups, or equip Pay-to-Win Turtle cosmetics to help them complete the Easter Egg Main Quests.

TMNT Cowabunga Cranked Mode Black Ops 6 Zombies

However, fans are already calling the new Turtle-themed experience ‘unplayable and not fun at all,’ after encountering issues with the game mode.

Reddit user glo0blE refers to the mode as ‘horrible,’ claiming that the Main Quests are nearly impossible without high-tier GobbleGums, due to the timer shortening dramatically at high rounds.

“I keep dying on about round 18 because it goes down to a 5 sec timer and I can’t find zombies quick enough as the rounds change,” user Luigi2198 writes.

It should be noted that Treyarch is now selling powerful GobbleGum packs in the in-game Store, including the new Time Out GobbleGum which pauses the Cranked timer whenever you choose.

But if you don’t want to buy that, you’ll need to finish the Easter Egg quest as fast as possible, to avoid the rounds getting too high.

Is the Reward Even Worth It?

Meanwhile, other fans are slamming the Cowabunga Cranked Main Quest reward as being ‘lazy.’

The Easter Egg quest, which is still completable inside the Cranked variant mode, offers a new Calling Card to those who manage to complete it without their timer running out.

Cowabunga Cranked Calling Card Black Ops 6Cowabunga Cranked Calling Card Black Ops 6

Unfortunately, that Calling Card is the same as a map’s original Main Quest card – only with a small turtle shell in the corner!

It’s hardly the TMNT-themed Calling Card many were hoping for – but it’s still a mark of pride for those who want it. Cowabunga Cranked likely won’t be remaining forever, so if you want to show off your skills, you’ll need to do so before the event comes to an end on March 13.
