Capcom has announced that filming for the Street Fighter movie has started, and the release date is set for October 16th 2026. Capcom has partnered with Legendary Entertainment to finance the film’s production, and the studio has also confirmed the Street Fighter movie’s cast by releasing a new poster.
The Street Fighter movie cast includes:
Noah Centineo as Ken,
Andrew Koji as Ryu,
Callina Liang as Chun Li,
Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoai as Akuma,
David Dastmalchian as M.Bison,
Cody Rhodes as Guile,
Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki,
Eric André as Don Sauvage,
Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim,
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog,
Jason Momoa as Blanka,
Olivier Richters as Zangief,
Orville Peck as Vega
Hirooki Goto as E. Honda.
UFC fighter Alexander Volkanovski, actor Kyle Mooney, Cobra Kai actor Rayna Vallandingham, and Mortal Kombat actor Mélanie Jarnson have also been confirmed for the Street Fighter movie, but their roles have not yet been confirmed. Kitao Sakurai will be directing the movie, his previous directing credits include the 2021 Netflix film Bad Trip, The Eric Andre Show, four episodes of Twisted Metal, the TV show Dave, and TV series The Premise.
