Mauricio Umansky was recently spotted locking lips with model Klaudia K, but the duo are not an official item, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.
The insider notes that although The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Umansky, 54, has been enjoying the 33-year-old’s company, the pair are “not serious.”
“He is dating around and is having fun,” the source says of Kyle Richards‘ estranged husband, adding that Umansky has been telling friends he is single. “He’s a happy go lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious.”

The Agency CEO’s casual flings come after he and Richards, 55, separated in 2023 after 27 years of marriage. The former couple have not moved ahead with divorce proceedings. Richards said during a Tuesday, December 17, appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that the topic of divorce “just hasn’t come up.”
“We’re good friends. We get along really well. We live separate lives,” she explained. “When the time comes, obviously, we will address it.”
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been separated for more than six months, but they’re not getting any closer to making their breakup official. “Neither of them wants to pull the trigger [and file for divorce],” an insider exclusively explains in the new issue of Us Weekly, noting that the duo’s hesitancy doesn’t have anything […]
Despite their amicable dynamic, Richards admitted that she has “tried to avoid” meeting the women Umansky has dated since their split. She also agreed with Camille Grammer’s assessment that he seems like he’s having a midlife crisis.
“Probably there is some truth to that,” Richards told costar Erika Jayne during Tuesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ After Show. “I mean, I would say this to his face, which I actually have … Kind of watching how he’s been navigating through this situation there’s been times I’ve thought, ‘This is giving major midlife crisis vibes.’”
The reality TV star cited Umansky’s recent purchase of a “midlife crisis mobile” as proof.
“It’s just a big monster truck. … The outside is rough [and] sandpapery, and it’s got these big wheels,” she said. “It’s like a monster coming through town. Everyone stares and you’re like, ‘Oh, God.’”

NBA team the Charlotte Hornets screwed up and is having to apologize after recently giving a young fan a PlayStation 5 console during a Christmas-themed halftime skit and then taking the console away after the cameras were turned off. The team is also gifting the fan a PS5 he can keep this time, too.
This Cool New Retro Console Is A Great Gift For Atari Fans
On December 16, during a basketball game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Charlotte Hornets, young fans were brought onto the court to greet the cheerleaders and the team’s mascot. While on court, a woman read their Christmas letters to Santa and handed out gifts. One kid, who worked really hard to get good grades this year, wanted a PlayStation 5 console. And that’s what the kid got. You can see how happy he is in the video below. But that video also claims that after halftime, staff took away the PS5 and replaced it with a jersey.
Boston 25 explained that cheerleaders and other people involved in the halftime event were reportedly confused when staff took away the kid’s PS5 gift. Apparently, the child’s uncle, likely the adult in the grey and blue hoodie in the video above, knew ahead of time that the gift would be taken away and failed to share that info with his nephew.
As you might expect, a team worth billions cheaping out and taking away a kid’s Christmas gift after pretending to give it to him in front of cameras didn’t go over well online. People rightfully called out the team and its staff for the horrible prank, and within 24 hours the Hornets issued an apology.
On Tuesday, the team said its “on-court skit…missed the mark” and blamed it on “bad decision making and poor communication.”
“Simply put, we turned the ball over and we apologize. We have reached out to the family and are committed to not only making it right but to exceeding expectations,” said the team in a statement shared by reporter Nick Carboni.
“We will be providing the fan with the PS5 that he should have taken home last night along with a VIP experience to a future game. Our goal is and will remain to elevate the guest experience for every person that enters Spectrum Center, and to show our fans how much we appreciate their relentless support.”
And if you were wondering: The Hornets received karmic justice Monday night after taking away the kid’s PS5. The team went on to lose 121-108 to the Sixers.
Awhile ago, I released an editorial on how to spot scam games. This is the flip side, how to spot great games on the Nintendo eShop. But before I begin a caveat: picking winners is far harder than picking losers, because tastes are subjective. Nobody is going to like a scam game like The Love, but not everyone is going to like something like Amedama. But if you follow this short guide, you should be able to spot good games, even if you’re not impressed in the end. To illustrate how to spot great games, I will use Police Simulator: Patrol Officers and its scam knockoff, Cop Officers: Police Simulator of NYPD City. Now as of this writing, Cop Officers has not released(it releases in two days). However, I don’t need to because this is about the Nintendo eShop and there’s a 99.9% chance it is is crap anyway.
Scam Game: Cop Officer
Cop Officers bares all the hallmarks of the opposite of a great game, up to and including stuff I didn’t talk about in scam game article. It has a wordy SEOd name. The publisher, 16Bit has released 9 games in 5 months. The title image is AI generated, look at the side insignia on the cop. The marketing screenshots are fake, which I’ll get into detail below. The file size is 1.3GB, way too small for what the game promises in the blurb:
Embrace the thrill of the chase and become a dedicated officer in “Police Simulator” a captivating simulation game that places you in the heart of a bustling metropolis.
Key Features:
Enforce the Law: Make arrests, issue fines for parking violations, and maintain order on the roads, upholding justice and safety.
Become a Guardian of the City: Choose your character and embark on a challenging yet rewarding career in law enforcement.
Patrol the Streets: Cruise the city in iconic police cars or navigate tight spaces on a Segway, ensuring no corner escapes your vigilance.Conduct Thorough Investigations: Search individuals, uncover illegal items, and contribute to a safer environment for all citizens.
Embrace the Hero Within: Be the frontline defender against crime, protecting the city from harm and becoming a symbol of hope for the community.
Test Your Skills: Step into the shoes of an NYPD officer and put your determination and professionalism to the test in diverse situations.“Police Simulator” provides you with a unique experience in the world of police service, where your determination and professionalism will be front and center. Are you ready to answer the call of duty and become an unwavering guardian of order in NYPD City?
Note the words like “Thrill” and “Captivating.” Note the action phrases in the key features section. This will be important in a moment! Now, if you scroll down to the genre, you’ll see there are 4 entries: Simulation, Action, First-Person(despite the screenshots being in third person) and Training(which is just plain bullshit). This is so the game can show up in as many searches as possible. Cop Officers is cheap at $12, half the price of Police Simulator, and will probably be on sale at $1.99 on day one.
Great Games: Police Simulator
I have Police Simulator and have played it some, and I like it. It is good. More Importantly, it doesn’t fall into the pit traps of Cop Officers. First, the publisher, Astragon, has a much slower release schedule, the title image is not AI generated. The text is legible, and it looks like the image was made with in-game assets. The marketing screenshots in some ways look worse than Cop Officers does. Take a look:
Cop OfficersPolice Simulator
Police Simulator images are real, the game really does look like that. Cop Officer images are definitely fake because they look they came from Poser, and that the game has the “first-person” genre, yet the screenshots are in third person. The file size is 5.3GB, not huge, but in line with games of this type. Let’s take a look at the blurb:
Grab your Nintendo Switch™ and experience the everyday life of a police officer by joining the ranks of this fictitious American city’s police force. Begin with parking violations and work your way up to shouldering greater responsibilities. Be part of Brighton’s community, get to know your neighborhood, and fulfill the daily duties of a police officer as you fight crime during your shift. Always be tough, but fair: respect the law and gain more experience to unlock more neighborhoods, districts, and duties! Be ready to react at a moment’s notice! In the open world of Brighton you will be able to choose neighborhoods for your patrols and make sure to keep them safe. The game offers a simulation mode for experienced players looking for the most authentic experience, as well as a casual mode for those looking for a more relaxing patrol in the streets of Brighton.
Note the lack of adverbs here. The marketing blurb does not say police simulator is a great game, because the game does the talking. It basically says what it is and what it does. While there are action phrases like “Be ready to react at a moments notice” that’s not BS, you literally do in the game have to be on your toes. Meanwhile, I guarantee Cop Officers does not offer thrilling chases and edge of your seat action. Next, there is only one genre, Simulation. Finally, price does not matter with great games unless they go on sale for $1.99 on day one, which means they were crap to begin with.
Conclusion:
First, in great games the title and screenshots are real. Second, the blurb does not use adverbs and action phrases that tell you how great things are. They don’t need to. Remember that while you may not ultimately like the title, or even that it was good, you will at least avoid scams, because the game was real and effort put in. Good hunting!
Sister Wives star Robyn Brown makes excuses for Kody Brown that sometimes seem to mirror how she reacted to her father’s behavior, which she witnessed as a kid. So, she likely learned this behavior long before the TLC series was on the drawing board.
Robyn rarely talks about her upbringing. But from what little she shared of her childhood, she seemed to use it to explain why she behaves one way or another today. What she witnessed with her father as a child, seems to still seep in to the excuses she offers up for Kody today.
Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Spins Kody Brown Excuses
Sister Wives has Robyn Brown offering excuses for Kody Brown when he steps out of line. The fourth wife of the now defunct polygamous marriage handles Kody Brown with caution at times, especially when she sees him as fragile.
Many of his adult children from his ex-wives still find themselves estranged from their father. But, fans say Robyn always seems to find an excuse for Kody when he fails as a father figure.
Sister Wives | TLC / Cameo
Despite Robyn urging Kody to make it right with his kids on the Sister Wives screen, she still doesn’t blame him for their estrangement. Instead, she cites his sadness over his failed marriages as the foundation for his kids’ severed relationships.
Robyn’s Excuses for Kody Mirrors Her Excuses for Her Father?
Robyn Brown has been a Sister Wives celebrity for over a decade now. In that time, she has said things and even written a book. It seems that even Robyn might forget some of the things she said.
Several years back, the Sister Wives adults penned a bestseller. Many things buried in those pages could explain what we see on the screen today. One case in point is how Robyn sees her father. First, Robyn Brown’s biological father is Robert Marck, a man little is known about among the series’ fans.
Her mother, Alice Fullmer, divorced Marck and married Paul Sullivan when Robyn was very young. Robyn Brown had little interaction with her biological father, but her stepdad became a father figure for her. So, when talking about her father on the Sister Wives show, she usually refers to Paul Sullivan, who died back in 2022.
He is the father we saw at her wedding to Kody and the dad who attended Solomon Brown’s birth. But despite adoring this man, she still needed to make excuses for him regarding some painful situations as a kid. Much like she does for her husband today.
Sister Wives: Pain and Excuses Embedded in Her Past
Many Sister Wives fans read the book that Kody Brown and his four wives wrote together, during the height of their popularity. Robyn mentions how while growing up, her polygamous family rolled with the punches. Because her mother was her father’s second wife, Robyn, her mom, and her siblings were his hidden family.
But she talks about an incident that evoked pain as a child when she went to a park with her dad, mom, and full biological siblings. Once there, her father spotted a co-worker. Since his first wife and her biological kids were his public family, he couldn’t be seen with Robyn’s mom and her kids.
Sister Wives | Reddit
So he walked away and ignored them. Despite Robyn Brown writing that “it hurt me terribly”, she understood why her father needed to do this. Robyn lived her childhood with her father, not introducing her mother as his wife.
Instead, she was introduced as her father’s “sister” or “ex-wife” with whom he remained cordial. So, making excuses for Kody Brown likely comes naturally for her. From what Robyn Brown said, her mom always smoothed things out for her with even more excuses as to why they couldn’t be acknowledged outside their home.
So, you might say Robyn’s dad installed these buttons for his wife and Robyn Brown. Those buttons seem to remain in place today and they give Robyn Brown a way to have excuses at the ready.
But, instead of growing out of this behavior, Robyn Brown perpetuates this excuse-giving today as an adult. So, Kody Brown still pushes those buttons today, likely installed by her father years before she appeared on the TLC series.

Big gaming companies often shape the player experience—but not always for the better. From costly in-game purchases to pay-to-win systems, their monetization practices can impact gamers in significant ways. Today, the gaming world is starting to look different. Terms like “Web3” and “AI” now shape conversations about how games are created, played, and owned. These are not just buzzwords; they are changing the very nature of interactive entertainment.
What Is Web3 Gaming?
Web3 gaming is a new way of making and playing games using blockchain technology. In older games, you never truly owned your in-game items. They stayed on the company’s servers. If the servers shut down or the game ended, your items vanished. Web3 gaming changes this by storing your in-game assets on a decentralized network. This gives you real control and ownership over digital items like swords, skins, or special characters.
Because of this system, these items can have real-world value. You can trade them, sell them, or move them between different games if they’re compatible. Think of it like collecting rare cards or stamps. The difference is that these collectibles live online.
How AI Fits In
Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a part of this new gaming world. Instead of making one-size-fits-all games, developers can use AI models that learn from how you play. For example, if you like sneaking around instead of fighting head-on the AI can offer missions that fit your playstyle. The AI might suggest a new approach if you get stuck on a tough boss. This makes the game feel more personal, as if it knows you and adapts to you.
Look at AI Arena, where you can train and battle AI-powered characters. Over time, these characters improve and learn from how they play. Another example is ChibiClash, where AI generates unique characters and even non-playable characters (NPCs) that react in smart ways. These NPCs don’t just follow a script. They respond to your actions, making the game world feel more alive.
Helping Game Developers
Making games is hard work, taking years and large teams to create a single title. AI tools and services are now reducing this time and effort. With AI, a developer can quickly create new items, characters, and even entire levels. Instead of coding every detail by hand, they can focus on the fun parts—like designing great stories and challenges.
Consider what’s happening at Planet Mojo, a Web3 gaming ecosystem. They use something called the Mojo AI Platform, which mixes AI-driven agents with Web3 tools. Their first AI agent, EMMA, helps players by offering tips in their game Mojo Melee.
EMMA also manages the official social media account, interacting with the community and sharing updates.
Source Mojo Melee
Generative AI and Faster Creation
Generative AI is a type of AI that can produce new content, like art, dialogue, or 3D models, in seconds. This makes game development cheaper and faster. Imagine a small team that wants to create a large, detailed world.
Before, they might have needed dozens of artists and writers working for months. Now, they can use generative AI tools to build much of that world quickly. That means more time to add fun gameplay features and storylines that players love.
Adaptive Stories and Immersion
AI can also change how stories are told. Instead of giving every player the same story, AI can adapt the plot to your choices and playstyle. If you play like a hero who is always helping those in need, the game might offer you more heroic quests. Over time, you get a unique story that feels like it was written just for you.
AI can join you on your journey, learn from your actions and give you advice as you play. This makes each playthrough feel personal. You’re not just following a script; you’re shaping the story.
Challenges and Concerns
All these exciting changes come with risks. If AI creates content, who owns it? If someone uses AI to make fake or harmful items, how do we stop it? Bias in AI models could cause unfair treatment or strange in-game behaviour.
Developers need to set rules and keep an eye on what AI is doing. They must ensure fairness and safety for all players. Communities can help by reporting bad behaviour and staying involved. Clear rules, careful monitoring, and constant improvements can keep gaming fair, fun, and respectful.
A Glimpse into the Future
We’re still at the start of this Web3 AI gaming journey. Many players haven’t tried these new experiences yet. However, as time goes on, more people will discover the benefits of owning their digital items and playing games that adapt to their preferences.
In the future, you might keep your in-game assets in a digital wallet, trading them across multiple titles. You might have AI companions who remember your past achievements and suggest new challenges that fit your skill level.
All of this could lead to a more creative, player-driven gaming world. With blockchain ensuring true ownership, and AI making each game session unique, there is a chance to build something special.

Paris Fury – wife of British pro boxer Tyson Fury – has broken her silence on the lack of communication they have had over the last few months.
She did so in a pointed Instagram story, in which she commented on an interview segment of his.
Earlier this year, Tyson revealed that Paris had suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage, effectively on her own, because he was out of the country.
For her part, Paris described the miscarriage as a devastating “ordeal”, and said she didn’t want to bury the foetus until Tyson had returned home.

Paris Fury says it seems like Tyson has been ‘gone forever’
Following a series of Instagram stories about what Christmas is like in their household, Paris Fury posted a story commenting on Tyson’s revelation that he hadn’t spoken to his wife in three months, in conversation with Dev Sahni.
“People don’t see the sacrifices made,” she wrote. “I’ve let him solely concentrate on this fight.”
Tyson is due to take on Oleksandr Usyk – again – on Saturday, December 21.
I’ve let him solely concentrate on this fight.
They fought in May, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The result of that bout was that Usyk became the first undisputed heavyweight boxing champion of the world in 24 years.
Their rematch is highly anticipated, and will take place, again, in Riyadh.
The couple haven’t spoken a word to each other in three months while Tyson’s been training for his rematch with Usyk (Credit: Still Watching Netflix/YouTube)
“It seems like he’s been gone forever,” Paris continued, in her Instagram story. He’s been training for the fight.
“Especially with no contact,” she added. “But if it’s what he needs.”
She signed off with a praying hands emoji.
What will Tyson do if he wins?
If he wins, either by knockout or by decision, Tyson’s first port of call will be… “home for Christmas”.
“Plenty of eggnog and mince pies and turkeys and all that. I can’t wait,” he said, during his interview with Dev Sahni.
“I wish [the fight] was tonight and I was going home in the morning. It’s been a long camp. I’ve been away from my wife and kids for three months. I’ve not spoken to Paris at all in three months, not one word. Yeah, I’ve sacrificed a lot.”
“But it’ll be worth it, one hundred percent,” he added.
Paris gave birth to her and Tyson’s seventh child, Prince Rico Paris Fury, in September 2023.
Their other kids are Venezuela, Prince John James, Prince Tyson II, Valencia, Prince Adonis Amaziah, and Athena.
“We’re over the moon to have welcomed our baby boy to the Fury family,” the couple said at the time. “His brothers and sisters can’t wait to meet him and create lots of Fury fun!”

In Brief
Sonic launches its mainnet, capable of processing up to 10,000 transactions per second, offering sub-second finality, and a native decentralized gateway to Ethereum.
Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible Layer 1 blockchain, Sonic announced the launch of its mainnet, providing developers with robust infrastructure and attractive incentives.
With capabilities of processing up to 10,000 transactions per second, sub-second finality, and a native decentralized gateway to Ethereum, Sonic aims to empower developers to create the next generation of applications while offering users an efficient and seamless blockchain experience.
FTM holders can now easily upgrade their tokens to S on the Sonic platform on a 1:1 basis through the upgrade portal. This upgrade provides access to Sonic’s wide range of applications. Developers can follow the steps outlined to deploy their apps on Sonic and begin earning rewards.
To upgrade, FTM holders should connect their Web3 wallet to MySonic, select the amount of FTM to upgrade, verify the amount of S tokens being received, click “Upgrade,” and approve the transaction. The upgraded S tokens will be delivered shortly, granting users full access to the ecosystem. For the first 90 days after the mainnet launch, users can freely swap between FTM and S through this portal. After this period, upgrades will be exclusively from FTM to S.
As part of the launch, Sonic introduces MySonic, an all-in-one portal that offers FTM to S upgrades, app exploration, staking, and governance features.
In addition, Sonic has launched the Sonic Gateway, a decentralized bridge that facilitates token transfers between Ethereum and Sonic. The bridging process involves three key steps: depositing assets into the bridge (which takes 10-15 minutes on Ethereum and approximately 1 second on Sonic), awaiting confirmation of the deposit, and then having assets bridged during the next “heartbeat” interval. These intervals, which are scheduled to occur approximately every 10 minutes for Ethereum to Sonic and every hour for the reverse transfer, allow for efficient and cost-effective transfers. Users can opt to pay a Fast Lane fee for immediate asset transfer.
The Gateway ensures decentralization and security with a built-in fail-safe. If the Gateway stops transmitting heartbeats for two weeks, users’ bridged assets will be automatically unlocked on Ethereum. This fail-safe guarantees that users can always regain custody of their assets in the rare event of a Gateway failure. Additionally, Sonic’s validator network, which operates on both Sonic and Ethereum, ensures that the Gateway remains decentralized and immune to centralized manipulation.
Sonic Unveils 200M S Token Airdrop And Sonic Points To Boost User Engagement
Alongside the mainnet launch, Sonic has introduced a 200 million S token airdrop, with Sonic Points created to reward users for their engagement with the platform and interaction with applications on the blockchain.
Sonic Points are designed to encourage meaningful user participation by rewarding activities such as early adoption, long-term loyalty, asset ownership, and active involvement in the platform’s applications. Users can earn Sonic Points by bridging approved assets to Sonic or by using them within the ecosystem through supported apps. This initiative aims to foster a thriving and engaged community on the Sonic network.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house – those of Amanda Holden included – during a moving Heart Radio segment on Wednesday, as nine-year-old cancer sufferer Harry heard recorded messages from his school friends and teachers.
Amanda and co-host Jason King couldn’t hold back their tears.
Nor could many listeners, judging by the outpouring of comments the clip has received on the various social media platforms to which Heart Radio posted it.
Earlier this year, Davina McCall took over the mic from Amanda while she was in Mallorca for a Netflix gig.

Amanda Holden moved to tears by messages for cancer sufferer Harry
Harry is nine years old and has been battling cancer for a year.
For some of that time, he underwent chemotherapy. The cancer had spread down his spinal cord.
Yesterday, Amanda Holden and JK told their Heart Radio listeners about his cancer journey. They explained that doctors had found a tumour at the back of his brain.
Today, Harry appeared on the show with his mum in tow. Together, they heard messages of support and encouragement from Harry’s classmates and teachers at school.
“Why does it have to happen to him?” one of the children in the recording asks. Another says: “Oh, Harry, I can’t wait to play with you soon.”

Harry Evans gifted Harry Potter VIP studio tour amid cancer struggle
In the clip Heart Radio posted to Instagram, Harry can be seen tearing in response to the recordings. And he’s not the only one: Amanda, JK and Harry’s mum are all in bits by the end.
“Harry, when I saw you back in school, it was so nice to see that you were OK,” says one of his classmates.
“Keep being the inspiration that you are,” an adult voice adds.
“Harry, it’s Mr Thompson here,” comes another – presumably his teacher. “Everyone at school wishes you the absolute best Christmas ever.”
We are all crying here. Every single person in the studio.
“Happy Christmas, Harry!” comes another voice. “I hope you have a really nice holiday, and get loads of Christmas presents, and meet up with your family.”
“If everyone in the world was more like Harry Evans,” someone else says, “it would be an absolutely amazing place”.
Amanda then lets listeners know that, in the studio, everyone was in tears: “We are all crying here. Every single person in the studio. What an incredible bunch of friends and teachers you have. What a lucky boy.”
“You love them so much and they love you,” JK adds, wiping away tears from his eyes. “They really do.”
And for the pièce de résistance, Amanda says: “And they love you so much, Harry, they have organised you a VIP Harry Potter studio tour. You are actually going… to Hogwarts!”
How about that?
Viewers were quick to comment with messages of their own.
“Have the best Christmas, wee man!” one wrote. “You’re a soldier.”
Another commented to say how much they can relate to Harry’s story.
“My son went through a similar situation with his cancer,” they wrote. “This was a beautiful thing to watch.”
Someone else wrote: “You lot had us all crying in the car on the school run this morning.”
Another added: “I’m in bits,” followed by crying face emojis.
Bless!

As the festive season approaches, new insights into the royal family’s Christmas plans reveal a big shift in traditions under King Charles’ reign.
According to former royal butler Paul Burrell – speaking on behalf of Spin Genie – Queen Camilla could spend part of the holiday away from King Charles to be with her own family.

Queen Camilla and King Charles to ‘spend time apart’ at Christmas
While Camilla will join the king and senior royals at Sandringham for the traditional Christmas Day celebrations, her afternoon plans will take her elsewhere it seems.
“This division of Christmas is becoming more and more obvious,” Paul explained. “Although Camilla will be at Sandringham, although she may well appear on the front steps of the church and walk back to the house and have Christmas lunch, as soon as lunch is over, Camilla is off.
“She goes back to Wiltshire to see her family who are not invited to Sandringham, she wants to see her grandchildren, children and their spouses. It’s a split Christmas for Camilla, just like it is for many others.”
This change reflects a more modern approach to royal Christmases. The queen will prioritise time with her biological family alongside her royal duties.
Camilla’s departure will leave King Charles alone for the latter part of Christmas Day.
“The King will be alone with a few friends on Christmas Day afternoon,” Paul revealed. “William and Kate will go back to Amner Hall and go back to their family unit and have Christmas underneath their roof, not under the roof of Sandringham.
“They’re becoming a thoroughly modern royal family and doing things more like we do them.”
Paul also noted that the traditional gathering at Sandringham has evolved.
He said: “When the late queen was there, everyone came to Sandringham to respect her wishes. It’s not like that anymore, it’s different.”

Royal family to spend Christmas at Sandringham
The royal family’s festive season at Sandringham is a grand affair, meticulously planned months in advance.
“Royal Christmases take months to plan,” Paul continued.
“Logistics, moving to Sandringham with the court taking, and with their china, silver, wine, food, as well as all their presents and all the things they want to take. They’ve got a massive house at Sandringham to decorate. This process takes months.”
Christmas dinner is a formal dinner. Turkey and all the trimmings are first served buffet-style before being plated for the royals.
Dessert is the traditional flaming Christmas pudding, with the head butler performing the ceremonial lighting.
This Christmas is the third without the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Paul – who was the late Princess Diana’s butler for a decade – reflected on how her absence will be felt.
He added: “At Christmas time we think of those who are not there, who are missing and I think this year more poignantly they will be thinking that about the late queen.
“The queen is not forgotten and when the king sits at her desk in her sitting rooms and looks out over the lawns of Sandringham, he’ll spare a thought for his mother and think, I’m in the hotseat now.”
