Southern Charm Shocker: Who is Out Ahead of Season 10?!?

We hope you’re sitting down, Bravo viewers.

Jarrett “JT” Thomas has an announcement to make.

Ahead of Southern Charm kicking off Season 10 on December 5, the star has issued a statement in which he confirms he will NOT be a part of upcoming episodes.

“It comes with a heavy heard to share that I have resigned from Southern Charm,” JT wrote on Instagram late Friday, November 8.

“Yesterday I informed Bravo that I will not be participating in the 2-3 remaining green room interviews remaining before szn airs 12/5 (I’ve done about ~9 thus far leading up to today) and that I no longer wish to participate in any ways moving forward with the TV show.”

    Shocking, right?!?

To be clear and specific, the latest season concluded principal photography earlier this year; but the cast is still filming confessionals that go back over things that transpired.

In his message, the reality star — who joined the program as a full-time cast member just last year — implied that he’s simply exhausted after filming.

    He didn’t provide further details.

“I will leave it at that,” JT wrote .

“While I work on next steps to recover both physically and mentally from what has been an extremely challenging & exhausting year.”

A press release for Season 10 of Southern Charm teases a “new era” for the main players as they celebrate “a decade of sipping and spilling sweet tea along the Charleston social scene.”

“The Charmers find themselves at a crossroads of familiar feuds and redefined boundaries,” the press release reads.

“Once Charleston’s rowdiest, the group appears committed to business, family and health, but growing pains are inevitable as fractures in their newfound life plans are quick to surface.”

In a preview released several days ago, JT is seen flirting with fellow cast member Venita Aspen and is also seemingly accused of calling the show’s matriarch Patricia Altschul a “b-tch” by Craig Conover.

This flirtation with Venita in the season 10 teaser came a week before the Bravo personality debuted his new girlfriend, Ali Pereless, on social media.

“Long overdue,” he captioned a November 3 montage post featuring images of them looking loved up, adding the hashtag #itscomplicated.

Kirk Herbstreit Breaks Down Over Dog’s Death on ‘College GameDay’

      Play video content

Kirk Herbstreit’s grieving the loss of man’s best friend … breaking down over his dog Ben’s death live on-air.

The football commentator appeared on ESPN’s “College GameDay” Saturday morning … just two days after he announced he and his wife had to put down his golden retriever — who traveled with him to many of his games.

During the broadcast, ESPN played a clip all about Ben … with Kirk talking about how he was far more than just a dog or travel companion — and, clearly Ben’s still feeling very raw emotionally ’cause he could barely talk about Ben during the show.

Just before the clip, Kirk’s cohosts thanked him for sharing Ben with them … and the crowd begins to chant out “We love Ben!” rhythmically.

It seems Kirk was supposed to speak a little more about his pup … but, watch the video — he simply wasn’t able to get the words out.

Ben rose to fame over the years … running around the country with Kirk and appearing on multiple national broadcasts. He was often spotted roaming the fields among other players, coaches and Kirk’s colleagues.

      Ben was 10.

      RIP

A Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024

A Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024

When NFTs boomed in late 2021, one collection hit incredible highs – and although it saw a dramatic fall, their commitment has seen the collection transform into a rapidly-growing entertainment powerhouse.

        That collection is Cool Cats.

In just 3 years, they’ve gone from an unknown cartoon character to a premiere brand that spans animations, manga, physical collectibles and more – but how did they get there?

Here’s our complete 2024 guide to Cool Cats.

A Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024 - NFTs

        What is Cool Cats?

Cool Cats is a collection of 9,999 cartoon-style NFT avatars on Ethereum. Each avatar features the Blue Cat character with a fusion of traits, such as clothing, hairstyles, accessories and more.

The collection was created by a four-strong team:

Colin Egan (Clon): Chief artist, and the creator of Blue Cat.Evan Luza (Elu): Creative director.Tom Williamson (xtremetom): Blockchain expert, and technical lead.Rob Mehew (Lynqoid): Project manager, overseeing daily operations.

Tom and Rob departed Cool Cats in April 2023, whilst Clon and Elu are still with the brand to this day.

The ideas behind Cool Cats began with illustrations Clon made in high school, and the Blue Cat character can be traced back over 10 years ago. Multiple iterations and changes were made during that time, eventually landing on the character we know today.

A Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024 - Blue CatA Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024 - Blue Cat

        The history of Cool Cats

Cool Cats minted on July 1, 2021, priced at 0.06 ETH each (around $150 USD at the time). Only 300 NFTs were initially sold, leading the team to reduce the price to 0.02 ETH (around $50 USD) – and the collection subsequently sold out in just 8 hours.

Eight days after launch, boxing legend Mike Tyson changed his Twitter profile picture to a Cool Cat NFT, with other celebrities such as Reese Witherspoon, Alexis Ohanian and Steve Aoki doing the same, giving the collection a huge initial boost.

Early 2022 sawCool Cats create the Cool Pets companion collection, with 19,999 unique companion NFTs. Half were reserved for Cool Cats holders, with the rest were available to the public. Each pet started as an egg which – through interacting with the Cooltopia online platform – could hatch into a pet with one of four elements: Grass, Fire, Water, or Air.

Alongside Cool Pets came $MILK, an ecosystem token for Cool Cats. Holders earned $MILK by completing daily quests, or by owning a Cool Cat NFT. Both Cooltopia and $MILK were retired in July 2023.

By March 2022, Cool Cats was well-known as one of the top NFT projects, ranking 11th in all-time sales with over $290 million USD in transactions, and hitting an all-time high floor price of $92,000 USD.

A Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024 - The Milk ChugA Complete Guide to Cool Cats in 2024 - The Milk Chug

June 2022 saw Cool Cats create Cooltopia in the flesh in New York City, during an in-person pop-up. September 2022 saw former Disney and Warner Bros SVP Stephen Teglas join as CEO – and though his tenure was short-lived, he drove a new look for the brand that gave them strong foundations for future success.

The rest of 2022 and early 2023 saw a partnership with OneFootball for Cool Cats FC, the debut of SideKX and Shadow Wolves as new companion NFTs, and the announcement of a major partnership with Futureverse.

November 2023 saw Cool Cats feature as part of Macy’s 2023 Thanksgiving Day Parade, watched by an estimated 28.5 million people around the world.

That month also saw the debut of “The Milk Chug”, the inaugural animated series from Cool Cats, created by animation studio Titmouse. The series officially premiered in September 2024, with the release of weekly episodes over an expected 13-episode debut season.

Cool Cats grew further in July 2024, announcing a partnership with Kodansha – best known for publishing Akira and Attack on Titan – to produce a serialised manga series based on the Blue Cat character.

Despite all of this success, it hasn’t always been a smooth ride. The partnership with Futureverse has been widely criticised, especially after the cancellation of their first major game project in summer 2023. With much of the core team departing shortly thereafter, backlash only increased, with some questioning Cool Cats’ commitment to their holders and the web3 community at large.

        What’s next for Cool Cats?

Clon’s goal is to see Blue Cat become a cartoon icon, and Cool Cats is his best opportunity yet at being able to do that.

Cool Cats signed with the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in March 2022, and it’s clearer that the focus of Cool Cats is on building mainstream cultural appeal.

Whilst details are under wraps, the team has hinted at a number of future developments:

Cooltopia: Although their Sapphire Town game was cancelled, new interactive experiences are expected to be delivered.Physical goods: Cool Cats has always produced quality physical goods, and fans eagerly await more to come.Animations: Should Series 1 of The Milk Chug be a success, we are likely to see further animations featuring Blue Cat.Live events: Cooltopia 2022 at NFT.NYC was well received, with both fans and holders excited for future in-person experiences.

Cool Cats may not have the floor price of contemporaries such as Bored Apes, Pudgy Penguins and Azuki, but with their manga, animated series and more, their prominence continues to rise.

Clon has built a stellar community, and one that believes in him, his vision, and the potential of Blue Cat. With The Milk Chug gathering impressive viewership – Episode 5 gathering over 100,000 views in 48 hours – fans hope to see Cool Cats stand alongside leading entertainment icons not just in web3, but in all of pop culture.

First rumoured I’m A Celeb 2024 star spotted heading Down Under

I’m A Celeb 2024 starts next weekend, which means that the celebs will be starting to head Down Under over the next few days.

Now, the first rumoured star has been spotted at Heathrow Airport…

I’m A Celebrity rumoured stars begin trip Down Under

Today (Saturday, November 9), rumoured I’m A Celeb star Danny Jones was snapped at Heathrow Airport to fly out to Australia.

Danny was seen with a guitar in tow, presumably in an attempt to disguise why he was really heading to Australia.

However, he wasn’t the only celeb spotted at the airport today.

Joel Dommett and Sam Thompson were also seen there. They will be hosting this year’s spin-off, Extra Camp, which was recently revealed to be making a return to screens.

Meanwhile, eagle-eyed fans will notice that Jane Moore has been posting some holiday snaps on her Instagram.

However, the Loose Women star, who is rumoured to be heading into the Australian jungle, has been tagging her location as Barbados…

ED! has contacted ITV for comment.

I’m A Celeb 2024 star Coleen Rooney slammed by former runner-up

In other I’m A Celeb-related news, Coleen Rooney has been heavily criticised by former star of the jungle, Kim Woodburn.

Speaking to WhichBingo.co.uk, Kim hit out at the fact that Coleen is getting paid so much, and yet she won’t be doing all of the trials.

Coleen suffers from reactive arthritis, which causes pain in her joints. It is triggered by stress.

“I looked here at the front page yesterday and it said ‘she probably won’t be able to do any trials because she suffers from arthritis’. Then why is she in there?” Kim fumed.

“Look, she’s getting a shellload of money. Well, why are they having her in there? I don’t want to look at her sitting there. It’s disgusting. What are they thinking of if somebody said no she’s got arthritis, she’s got cowardice, it’s what she’s got,” she then added.

Linda Robson ‘confirms’ Jane Moore’s jungle stint

Earlier this week, Linda put her foot in it by seemingly confirming Jane Moore will be taking part in the show.

Speaking at the London Lifestyle Awards, she reportedly told OK! magazine: “Jane will be Queen of the Jungle, I’m telling you now.

“Jane Moore will do every challenge and she won’t bat an eyelid. She’s definitely gonna be a winner,” she then added.

However, despite Linda’s strong hopes for her mate, the bookies currently have her at 8/15 to quit the show early.

Tony Todd, Prolific Actor And Horror Icon Behind Candyman, Dead At 69 – SlashFilm

Tony Todd, Prolific Actor And Horror Icon Behind Candyman, Dead At 69 – SlashFilm

How do you even begin to eulogize someone as prolific, impactful, and iconic as Tony Todd? As confirmed by Deadline, the performer of stage, screen, and voiceover brilliance who boasted over 240 credits across nearly four decades has died at the age of 69. A cause of death was not provided at the time of publication. Todd was born in Washington D.C. but grew up in Hartford, Connecticut, and performed with the Artists Collective, Inc., an interdisciplinary cultural institution that promotes the art and culture of the African diaspora in an attempt to provide a safe haven for at-risk youth. He later attended the University of Connecticut before throwing himself into acting education through the Eugene O’Neill National Actors Theatre and the Trinity Repertory Company.

At 6-foot-five, his commanding on-screen presence and booming voice helped him stand out among his contemporaries, landing his first Hollywood studio-produced film role as Sergeant Warren in Oliver Stone’s Best Picture Oscar-winning classic, “Platoon.” He was quickly sought after for roles on screens big and small, including a guest run on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” as Kurnas, in addition to appearing on and off Broadway throughout his career.

But everything changed in 1990 when Todd was cast as Ben in Tom Savini’s remake of “Night of the Living Dead,” which put him on the map for horror fans and led to the role that would turn him into not just a household name, but a living legend — the titular “Candyman.”

            Candyman, Candyman, Candyman, Candyman, Candym—

The importance and impact of Tony Todd’s performance as Candyman cannot be overstated. Not only was he a genius by agreeing to perform with real, live bees as long as he was compensated $1,000 for every sting (he would take home a $23,000 additional payday for his troubles), but his characterization was a groundbreaking moment in the history of Black horror. Candyman changed what was possible to be seen in the slasher canon, and given the film’s unconventional path to the big screen, it’s a miracle it happened at all. “Candyman” was also a career-changer for Tony Todd, who became a beloved genre figure and one of the most sought-after performers for years to come.

He became the personification of Death in the “Final Destination” series, appeared in the “Scream” TV series, popped up in cameo roles in countless horror films, and became a staple at horror conventions across the country. No matter the size of the role, Todd always brought his A-game and oozed gravitas with every second he was on screen. He was undoubtedly one of those actors who could elevate any project simply by showing up, and this writer can speak from personal experience when I say that Todd was also a consummate gentleman, a strong-willed personality, and gut-burstingly funny. I could sit here and name all of his impressive credits until my fingers fall off the keyboard (do check out his killer voice work as Decepticon Dreadwing in “Transformers: Prime” if you can) but an IMDb profile cannot hold a candle to the towering presence he was and the legacy he’s leaving behind.

If only saying his name five times in the mirror really did have the power to make him appear once again. Rest in Peace, Tony Todd. You will be greatly missed.

Diddy’s Ex-Party Planner Claims Rapper Spent 0k On ‘Freak Off’ Parties

A former party planner for Sean “Diddy” Combs has revealed details about the decor for the rapper’s home, where he hosted his infamous sex parties.

They claimed the Bad Boy founder used a unique mirror-inspired design, allowing guests to see themselves “reflected again and again.”

The design also allowed Sean “Diddy” Combs to observe every angle during the reported sex parties at his home, and planning each of these lavish parties is said to have cost the rapper at least $500,000.

Amid Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles, a former party planner from the early to mid-2000s has revealed details about the extravagant design of his mansion during the parties he hosted.

According to a source who wished to remain anonymous, Diddy wanted to experience the entire scene of his parties from every angle. To achieve this, he reportedly instructed that mirrors be temporarily installed on the walls and ceilings as part of the decor.

“Everywhere you looked, you’d see yourself reflected again and again,” said the planner, per the New York Post. “You can imagine what it would look like when people are naked and having sex on the floor, on the couches, wherever.”

The source also claimed that the Bad Boy founder selected this type of decor to create a hedonistic atmosphere for those attending his sex parties.

“It was definitely a vibe he wanted to put out there, that everywhere you looked, there would be sex happening. It was wall-wall debauchery,” the planner further remarked.

The elaborate decor and party logistics would usually cost Diddy a small fortune, which the event planner confirmed.

They claimed that it amounted to at least $500,000 for both the “mainstream part” of the event and the private sex party and that the rapper never bothered to haggle over the cost.

“All he would ask was, ‘Is it going to be a great party?’ If the answer was yes, he was willing to pay,” said the source.

Some of the funds were also allocated to providing “great food” and “expensive alcohol” for the guests, along with other forms of entertainment like “dancers, acrobats, and models.”

On occasions when Diddy wanted to go all out, he also provided more exotic forms of entertainment to keep his guests fully engaged.

              Article continues below advertisement

The planner continued, “Sometimes we had live animals, sometimes different performers. It all added up, but he didn’t care.”

As part of their revelation, the planner denied having anything to do with Diddy’s “Freak Offs” guest list or organizing the items used in them.

They claimed that they were only involved in the food, alcohol, entertainment, and decor while hinting that the “Freak Off” logistics were taken care of by a member of Diddy’s team.

“He was hiring both men and women who called themselves ‘models,’ but it seemed obvious, at least to me, that they were actually sex workers,” the planner said about the rapper.

They added, “But that wasn’t my role; that would be the role of a member of his team. I just handled the mainstream stuff.”

Diddy’s Freak Offs have been described as wild gatherings involving multiple women engaging in sex with male prostitutes. It has also been mentioned that a number of high-profile celebrities attended these hedonistic parties.

They were allegedly also filled with instances where the music mogul assaulted female victims by hitting, kicking, dragging, and throwing objects at them.

A copy of an NDA Diddy allegedly uses to keep his “Freak Offs” attendees in line recently emerged.

The documents, which guests are usually required to sign before gaining entrance, prevent them from sharing information related to Diddy, his family members, current or former partners, spouses, and friends of business associates.

The NDA asks them not to photograph, film, or record, or have another person photograph, film, or record Diddy or anyone in his circle without his written consent. Attendees were also banned from posting photos on certain social media sites Diddy doesn’t sign off on.

According to TMZ, the NDA lasts for the life of the artist plus 20 years after their death or a grand total of 70 years, whichever is longer.

Over the past few months, Diddy has found himself embroiled in several high-profile lawsuits, keeping him firmly in the spotlight.

On one front, he is battling charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution, brought against him by federal prosecutors in September.

He has also been up against an onslaught of accusations from alleged victims led by an attorney, Tony Buzbee.

Among the accusations are claims that the rapper sexually assaulted multiple minors at the height of his fame in the music industry.

As for his federal charges, Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York ahead of his trial in May 2025.

Kitely adds PBR materials support, larger textures – Hypergrid Business

Kitely adds PBR materials support, larger textures – Hypergrid Business

Kitely has added support for physically based rendering (PBR) materials in both its virtual worlds and on the Kitely Market, the company announced this week. The update also includes support for textures up to 2,048 by 2,048 pixels in size.

PBR materials allow for more realistic textures by simulating how light interacts with different surfaces, such as mud or metal, creating the appearance of raised and lowered areas with realistic light reflection.

The feature requires Firestorm 7.1.11 or newer to use.

Kitely is one of the first grids to support PBR materials, having ported the features from the upcoming OpenSim 0.9.3 release into their current OpenSim 0.9.2.2-based system.

“PBR isn’t yet supported in all OpenSim grids,” said Oren Hurvitz, Kitely co-founder and VP of R&D, in the announcement. “This is a feature that will be part of OpenSim 0.9.3, but that version of OpenSim isn’t finished yet so many grids — including Kitely — are still using the latest stable release, which is OpenSim 0.9.2.2. The reason that Kitely can support PBR now is that we ported the PBR features from OpenSim 0.9.3 into our version of OpenSim.”

The Kitely Market has been updated to accommodate the new feature, with the “Textures” category renamed to “Textures and Materials.” Merchants are advised to mention PBR usage in their product descriptions since items using PBR materials may not display correctly on grids that don’t support the feature. Alternatively, merchants can include regular textures as a fallback to ensure their products look okay on all grids.

“Kitely Market is the main marketplace serving the hypergrid so we decided to support the latest graphics options from OpenSim 0.9.3 even before they have been officially released,” Kitely CEO Ilan Tochner told Hypergrid Business.

The update also brings support for reflection probes through LSL scripting, with new PRIM_REFLECTION_PROBE parameters added to GetPrimParams and SetPrimParams functions.

While PBR materials can technically be used for terrain textures, Kitely reports encountering several issues during testing. World maps will show objects using PBR materials but display only the basic color texture, not other PBR properties like normal maps or roughness. PBR terrain textures are not currently displayed in world maps.

For content creators, Kitely has added a new “Materials” folder to user inventories for storing PBR materials.

Creators interested in learning more about creating PBR materials refer to Second Life’s documentation on the subject.

It was released in 2007 in 3 sizes (PM, MM, and GM), as well as both canvas and leather options, and includes a matching removeable pouch. This perfect travel companion has been a reference in the traveling luggage world. Louis Vuitton famously started out as a trunk maker, and the Keepall was one of the first bags they designed in 1930. Made to be light, flexible, and ready for traveling, it comes in four different sizes: 40, 50, 55, and 60. At Couture, we have a diversified selection of Keepall, some vintage, as it is a very durable bag.

The classy Alma bag was first introduced in 1934 and gets its name from the Place de l’Alma in Paris. Its elegant shape was initially slightly elongated; the newer model is more curved and offers four different sizes: the Nano size, BB, PM, MM, and GM. It comes in many styles that we have here at Couture. Whether it’s the classic monogram or vernis leather, the Alma is iconic.

Small enough to be practical but large enough to fit your essentials, the pochette accessories is very practical thanks to its removable strap and chic pouch. It is a very popular bag that comes in two different sizes, a mini and a regular size, and different styles such as the multi-pochette accessories. Fun fact: The Noe was first designed for men to fit five bottles of champagne without breaking! Four on each side plus one in the middle upside down. Now, due to its unique shape, it has become a statement bag, practical and recognizable. It comes in two sizes: the Noé and petit Noé. Louis Vuitton recently made a new model called the NeoNoe in 2017, a more structured and updated version of the bucket bag. Shop our selection of Noe bags here.

The Dauphine Bag is an older design but was reintroduced in 2019 by Nicolas Ghesquière. This piece is available in different sizes such as Micro, mini and MM. The word Dauphin was the title given to the heir in line to the French throne from 1350 to 1830. In addition, the Dauphin’s wife was called the Dauphine.
