Solana Price Plunges to Lowest Level in Three Weeks

Solana Price Plunges to Lowest Level in Three Weeks

On the morning of April 4, amid a sluggish market following Trump’s tariff announcement, Solana (SOL) plunged to its lowest level in three weeks. Let’s explore the key reasons behind this decline.

Solana Suffers a Sharp Decline

The price of Solana (SOL) has plummeted to $115, marking a steep decline of nearly 12.75% within the past 24 hours, as shown on the daily SOL/USD chart from TradingView. This drop has pushed SOL to its weakest level since mid-March, erasing much of the gains it had accumulated in recent weeks.

Solana Suffers a Sharp Decline

Source: TradingView

From a technical analysis perspective, SOL’s daily chart is forming a bear flag pattern—a prolonged bearish signal. SOL is now trading below the pattern’s lower edge, suggesting a potential drop to $96 if no reversal occurs. The price has returned to early March’s key support zone, but selling pressure shows no signs of easing. The bearish outlook is clouding SOL’s near-term prospects, causing traders to feel uneasy.

Massive SOL Unlock Impacts Today

According to Arkham Intelligence, a massive $200M worth of SOL will be unlocked today, April 4, 2025. This is the largest unlock until 2028, involving 1.79M SOL (~$200M USD). This SOL comes from four accounts that staked $37.7M worth of SOL in April 2021, now yielding a 5.5x profit at current prices. This massive release into circulation threatens to exacerbate the already intense selling pressure, particularly as SOL’s price action grows increasingly negative.

For investors, this is a critical moment to exercise caution—experts recommend avoiding high leverage to minimize the risk of liquidation and safeguard accounts amid heightened volatility.

Additionally, President Donald Trump’s tariff announcement sparked panic, driving investors from risky assets like SOL to safer options. Not only SOL but also the total crypto market cap (TOTAL) and Nasdaq Composite plummeted, wiping out trillions of dollars. With uncertainty looming, SOL’s struggles mirror a turbulent period for risk assets, as its fate hinges on market sentiment and technical levels.

The Chase fans slam contestants over “embarrassing” performance in final round: “That was pitiful”

The Chase fans slam contestants over “embarrassing” performance in final round: “That was pitiful”

ITV viewers of The Chase were left seriously unimpressed with the performance put in by the contestants during yesterday’s final round (Friday, April 4).

Their performance was so bad that some fans branded it the “worst” they’d ever watched on the show!

Dan and Sylvester were in The Final Chase (Credit: ITV)

What happened on ITV’s The Chase yesterday?

Yesterday’s edition of The Chase saw four contestants take on The Vixen, aka Jenny Ryan.

First up was Sylvester. He answered three questions correctly in the cash builder, giving him £3,000 to play for. He managed to evade Jenny’s grasp and took that money back to the table with him.

Next up was Juliet, who bagged £9,000 in the cash builder. She opted to go for the high option of £39,000; however, unfortunately, Jenny managed to catch her.

Third up to the plate was Grace. She answered two questions correctly in the cash builder. Jenny managed to catch up with her too.

Last up was Dan. He bagged £8,000 in the cash builder and evaded Jenny, booking his place in the final round.

Contestant’s lackluster performance in the Final Chase

With £11,000 to play for, Dan and Sylvester had two minutes to answer as many questions correctly as possible.

However, things didn’t exactly go to plan for them.

As there were two of them in the final, the duo were given two points off the bat.

They then went on to answer just six questions correctly between them – meaning Jenny had just eight questions she needed to get right to catch up to.

It’s safe to say there was no contest at all.

“That was a tricky final to watch,” Jenny said, before she began answering questions.

The Vixen managed to catch Sylvester and Dan with 1:13 still on the clock.

“Well, gentlemen, we needed a full house,” Bradley said. “I’m sorry, that’s the way it goes.”

And so Dan and Sylvester went home, empty-handed, meaning their potential £11,000 was no more.

ITV viewers slam contestants on The Chase

It’s safe to say that viewers weren’t impressed with Dan and Sylvester’s performance in the Final Chase. Many took to Twitter to slam their “shocking” performances.

“Probably the worst performance I’ve ever seen on #thechase,” one viewer tweeted.

“That was pitiful – no point Jenny even answering any questions, just order the taxi and tell them to [bleep] off!” another said.

“That’s gotta be one of the most embarrassing final chase performances…,” a third wrote.

    “Eight? FFS,” another fumed.

“Wow, shocking. Worst score I’ve seen for weeks,” a fifth said.

Nintendo Switch 2 launches on June 5, 2025 – WholesGame

Nintendo Switch 2 launches on June 5, 2025 – WholesGame

    Official Release Date and Price

Nintendo has officially confirmed the release of its next-generation console, the Nintendo Switch 2, which will launch on June 5, 2025. The base model will retail for $449.99 in the United States and £396 in the UK. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on April 9 in the U.S. and April 8 in the UK. However, recent tariff-related concerns may affect preorder availability in North America.

    Hardware Upgrades and Design Enhancements

The Nintendo Switch 2 maintains the hybrid design of the original Switch, offering both handheld and docked modes. Despite being nearly identical in thickness to its predecessor, the Switch 2 comes with a larger 7.9-inch LCD screen capable of 1080p resolution and up to 120 frames per second in handheld mode.

When docked, the system supports 4K resolution at 60fps, and the upgraded dock includes a built-in fan for better thermal management. The console comes with 256GB of internal storage—a significant improvement over the original Switch—and supports additional storage through microSD Express cards.

A new USB-C port on top has been added, in addition to the existing bottom port, allowing support for new peripherals like the Switch 2 Camera.

    Joy-Con 2 Controllers

The Switch 2 introduces the Joy-Con 2 controllers, which attach magnetically to the console for increased stability in handheld mode. When detached, these controllers offer a unique mouse-style interface, allowing users to point and interact with the screen in a new way.

One of the major additions is the C button on the Joy-Con 2, which serves as the gateway to new software features such as GameChat.

New Online Features: GameChat and Camera

Nintendo is expanding its online capabilities with the launch of GameChat, a social feature that supports voice communication and screen sharing for up to 12 players. This feature leverages the console’s built-in microphone, meaning users won’t need external headsets.

GameChat can be quickly activated using the new C button and integrates with the new Nintendo Switch 2 Camera, which launches on the same day. Some games will even use the camera feed as part of gameplay.

Although GameChat will eventually be a part of the Nintendo Switch Online subscription, it will be available for free to all users until April 2026.

    Launch Titles and Exclusive Games

Nintendo announced an exciting lineup of games to accompany the Switch 2 launch. The most prominent is Mario Kart World, a new installment in the series featuring expansive tracks and multiplayer support.

Another title, Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour, is a digital-only game that introduces users to the system’s features through interactive tutorials and minigames.

More exclusives are scheduled throughout the year. Donkey Kong Bananza, a new 3D platformer, will arrive on July 17. Looking ahead, FromSoftware will release The Duskbloods, a multiplayer experience coming in 2026, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is expected in late 2025.

    Backward Compatibility and Upgrade Packs

The Switch 2 retains support for most original Switch games, both physical and digital. However, some popular titles will include optional paid Upgrade Packs to take advantage of the new hardware’s capabilities.

These upgrades are set to include visual improvements and new gameplay elements. Titles receiving upgrades include:

    Super Mario Party Jamboree
    Kirby and the Forgotten Land
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Games that include these enhancements in a single purchase will be branded as Nintendo Switch 2 Editions.

    Dual-Platform Titles and Graphics Modes

Some major titles will be released for both the original Switch and the Switch 2. Notably, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Pokémon Legends: Z-A will support both platforms.

Metroid Prime 4 on Switch 2 will offer Quality and Performance modes, giving players the choice between higher resolution or smoother framerates—bringing Nintendo in line with modern console standards seen on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

GameCube Classics Coming to Nintendo Switch Online

In a major move to expand its legacy offerings, Nintendo confirmed that GameCube titles will be coming to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription service, exclusive to Switch 2 users.

    The initial launch lineup includes:

    F-Zero GX
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
    Soulcalibur 2

Nintendo promises more titles from the GameCube era will be added over time.

    Third-Party Support

Nintendo also showcased extensive third-party support during its livestream. A number of current and upcoming titles will make their way to the Switch 2, including:

    Elden Ring
    Hades 2
    Street Fighter 6
    Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut
    Civilization VII
    Project 007
    Split Fiction
    Borderlands 4
Hitman World of Assassination: Signature Edition

Some of these games, like Civilization VII, will offer paid upgrades for enhanced features when played on the Switch 2.

    Pricing Options and Bundles

The Nintendo Switch 2 will be available as a standalone console for $449.99. There will also be a launch bundle including the digital version of Mario Kart World, priced at $499.99.

According to Nintendo’s official website, Mario Kart World will retail separately for $79.99, indicating a potential price increase for major first-party titles on this new platform.

    Final Thoughts

The Nintendo Switch 2 represents a bold step forward for Nintendo, offering powerful hardware upgrades, a wide variety of new and returning games, and innovative features like GameChat and Joy-Con mouse controls. With strong third-party support, legacy content from the GameCube era, and an ambitious launch lineup, the Switch 2 appears poised to continue Nintendo’s dominance in the hybrid gaming space.

As we approach its June 5 release, more details are expected to emerge. Nintendo fans around the world can look forward to a new era of gaming that blends innovation, nostalgia, and connectivity.

1997 Horror Classic I Know What You Did Last Summer Returns With A 4K Blu-Ray Release

The 1997 slasher film I Know What You Did Last Summer is getting a new reboot later this year, but if you’re looking to catch up on the slasher franchise before then, then you can preorder a new 4K Steelbook Edition of the first film. Priced at $56 and scheduled to arrive on June 24, this re-release of the film includes a spooky steelbook cover, a standard Blu-ray copy of the film, and a digital streaming code.

Here’s a look at all of the special features included in the I Know What You Did Last Summer 4K Steelbook Edition:

I Know What You Did Last Summer was a big hit when it came out in 1997, back when it was released during the ’90s Renaissance of teen-slasher movies. Adapted from the 1973 novel of the same name written by Lois Duncan-Arquette, the film follows four teens after they accidentally run over a person, dump his body in the sea, and then face the wrath of a homicidal fisherman who knows their dark secret. The movie starred Jennifer Love Hewitt, Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michel Gellar, and Ryan Phillipe, and at the box office, it was a huge hit.

Along with the new I Know What You Did Last Summer Steelbook 4K Edition, there’s also a standard Blu-ray edition of the flick available. It includes many of the same special features as the 4K Stellbook Edition but is only $25.

I Know What You Did Last Summer was followed up by a sequel in 1998, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, and a direct-to-DVD sequel in 2006 titled I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer. It was also mercilessly lampooned in the satirical horror-comedy, Scary Movie. There was also an eight-episode TV series adaptation of the novel in 2021. If you’d like to complete your collection, these are also available on Blu-ray.

Meanwhile, the upcoming film is scheduled to be released on July 18, and while has the same name as the original movie, it is actually a direct sequel to the first sequel, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. That shouldn’t be confusing at all.

Eidos Montreal Is Trying To Get A New Deus Ex Game Made

Eidos Montreal Is Trying To Get A New Deus Ex Game Made

Although it has been 8 years since the last Deus Ex game (9 if you don’t count Deux Ex: Breach) it seems like Eidos-Montreal is actively trying to get a new game in the series made.

That’s according to a new report by Mike Straw of Insider Gaming. While working on getting some details behind the company’s recent layoffs, Mike apparently stumbled across some intriguing information about Deus Ex.

Straw learned that Eidos-Montreal has been “pitching the new game regularly” to external publishers and potential partners. However, nobody seems to be biting.

The reason is that some publishers believe the series is too niche, while others “aren’t willing to take on the financial risk that comes with the Deus Ex franchise at the moment.”

The report also notes that this would be an entirely new Deus Ex game not related to the one that was being worked on under the Embracer group a few years back. That project was officially cancelled in 2024 as part of Embracer’s restructuring.

What the report doesn’t explain is why Eidos-Montreal themselves aren’t making the game, or why another internal Embracer studio is willing to do it. Perhaps Embracer doesn’t see any potential in it, either, and will only agree if some outside publisher is willing to take the financial risk.

Or it could be because one source told Insider Gaming that the pitch did does not meet “expectations or standards typically associated with the Deus Ex brand”. Ouch.

Intellivix Targets Global AI Surveillance Market with ‘False Alarm Elimination’ Gen AMS | Web3Wire

“World’s First VLM Integration” Draws Praise at ISC 2025, One of the World’s Top 3 Security ExhibitionsImage: https://www.globalnewslines.com/uploads/2025/04/6c1f146cb0cd10616c2d0a5bd2063cdb.jpg

LAS VEGAS – April 4, 2025 – Intellivix, a leading company specializing in generative vision AI (Co-CEOs Eun Soo Choi and Jung Hoon Jang), announced that its unveiling of the world’s first VLM-based generative AI surveillance system, Gen AMS, received enthusiastic interest at ISC West 2025, one of the world’s top three security exhibitions, held in Las Vegas, U.S.

Following the North American debut of Gen AMS, Intellivix plans to actively expand into Southeast Asian markets-including the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia-as well as into Europe, the United Kingdom.

ISC West, the largest physical security exhibition in North America, serves as a major global stage where cutting-edge technologies in CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and AI-driven security solutions converge.

At this year’s exhibition, Intellivix unveiled Gen AMS, a next-generation video surveillance system independently developed by the company. Leveraging real-time CCTV footage, Gen AMS not only detects and alerts incidents as they occur, but also uses AI to interpret the situation and explain its context and meaning in natural language-eliminating false alarms, a major pain point in existing systems.

In particular, the version showcased at ISC West features an integrated Vision-Language Model (VLM) capable of automatically generating surveillance reports, marking the world’s first commercialized video security platform of its kind. The system drew strong interest and high praise from global partners and attendees.

Gen AMS had already garnered attention at CES 2025 in January and again at SECON 2025, held March 19-21 at KINTEX in Ilsan, South Korea.

Traditional video surveillance systems rely on human operators to monitor multiple screens, which often leads to fatigue and errors. While automation has improved efficiency, false alarms have remained a persistent challenge. Intellivix has addressed this issue by becoming the first in the world to develop a VLM-based generative AI surveillance system that effectively eliminates false positives.

During live demonstrations, visitors applauded when the AI correctly identified a flame image on a smartphone screen as a non-fire situation. They were equally impressed when the AI detected a person raising their hands above their head-a gesture used to simulate an emergency rescue request-and accurately recognized it as a “rescue request.”

Attendees were amazed by the AI’s ability to understand the meaning of video footage in real time and explain it with precision, describing it as a groundbreaking innovation that sets a new standard for AI-powered video surveillance.

Through this exhibition, Intellivix has confirmed Gen AMS’s global market potential across a wide range of sectors, including smart cities, industrial safety, public infrastructure, and defense. The company plans to actively expand technical collaborations and partnerships, with a strong focus on the North American market.

“Gen AMS is an innovative system that goes beyond simply detecting events – it analyzes and explains their meaning, significantly enhancing on-site response capabilities,” said Eun Soo Choi, CEO of Intellivix. “We are deeply honored to have our technology officially recognized in the global market through ISC West.”Media ContactCompany Name: IntelliVIXContact Person: Miyeon kimEmail: Send Email [http://www.universalpressrelease.com/?pr=intellivix-targets-global-ai-surveillance-market-with-false-alarm-elimination-gen-ams]Country: South KoreaWebsite: http://www.intellivix.ai

How To Use Drying Rack in Schedule 1 – ISK Mogul Adventures

How To Use Drying Rack in Schedule 1 – ISK Mogul Adventures

Schedule 1 is the hot new game on Steam right now. And despite being in Early Access, it already has a ton of features. From growing to mixing product, there’s a lot to learn. One of the first, and most important, lessons is how to properly improve your product.  Now only are things like Fertilizer or better quality pots a good investment, but there’s steps to processing your grown product that can help a lot. The drying rack in Schedule 1 is one of those vital items.

Be sure to check out some of our other Schedule 1 guides to learn every tip when it comes to growing your new empire! For now, let’s keep reading to learn more!

How To Use Drying Rack in Schedule 1

The drying rack in Schedule 1 is a pretty easy to use item. You just put grown product into it and it passively upgrades its base quality.

The five rarity tiers of product are:

    Trash (Dark red ★)Poor (Green ★)Standard (Blue ★)Premium (Pink ★)Heavenly (Gold ★)

So, first you need to unlock it. The Drying Rack can be purchased from Oscar inside the warehouse for $250.

Once you have it, place it down like any other piece of lab equipment. Any product placed into it will upgrade over time. You can let it run all the way to Heavenly, but if you want to stop it sooner, click the red X icon on the product inside the rack’s UI. So far, you can dry both buds and coca leaves in the racks.

And once again, don’t rush into making higher quality product when you don’t need to. Check the Contacts app in your phone and look at your customers. Each customer has a standard of quality they prefer, and you can get away with giving the bare minimum if you’re short on time or cash. It’s not a bad idea to assign the lower-quality customers to your basic dealers, and dump the cheaper product on them. This way, you can focus all your time on making a product that will sell to your most demanding clients.

You can also technically use a Drying Rack in Schedule 1 as a storage for the next batch of product you wish to dry. When a current batch is drying, the Input slot will open up, go ahead and place the next batch there while the current batch dries.

Dry and Store Product in Drying Racks

Additionally, you can also assign the dry racks to botanists, and they will hang the coca leaves or buds automatically, speeding up production. Use the Clipboard you unlock later in the game to set desired Quality levels of any product in a given Rack.

Inside Graham Norton’s adventurous love life – secret wedding; ‘disaster’ boyfriend; toy boy

Graham Norton has made a habit of keeping his personal life relatively private in comparison to other celebrities with his level of fame. However, his ‘secret’ wedding to his husband and other aspects relating to his former relationships have made the headlines over the years.

TV host Graham – who turns 62 today (April 4) – was, according to one ex, said to have accepted “being alone” for the rest of his life.

However, in July 2022, he and filmmaker Jono McLeod were reported to have got wed – and the bash to celebrate, held in Ireland, was a true family occasion.

According to reports at the time, Graham and Jono threw a wedding party in West Cork at Bantry House.

Many details were kept under wraps, including confirmation whether them actually tying the knot happened before the big day.

More than 100 guests reportedly attended the celebrations, with singer Lulu said to have performed.

Entertainment was also said to have been provided by drag queen Panti Bliss as DJ and Irish dancing group Cairde.

Graham later explained the reason for his nuptials being in Ireland was so his mother could attend.

“She wouldn’t have been well enough to come to London, so West Cork it was. And it made me very happy,” he said.

      On married life

Graham later shared with Attitude in 2024 how much he adores his husband.

Describing marriage as “good”, he cooed: “I feel like I’ve turned on my tribe. You know when people in relationships, or who are married, want it for you? You just want me to do it to validate the choice you made!

“But I am enjoying it. I was older, so I went into it with my eyes wide open. You know the pitfalls of relationships, the dangers. But I met someone who I was willing to take a bet on.”

      ‘Disaster’

Graham has, on occasion, previously spoken about his past relationships, including one where his former partner moved in with him.

That was believed to be Kristian Seeber, who appeared on RuPaul’s Drag Race as Tina Burner.

Kristian insisted during his time on the series in one response on screen: “I love how you say fling. I was in a relationship.”

He went on: “Graham is so famous, he’s at that level where your life is just like put on a platform. He’s such a great guy and it never ever got to him. It was the most amazing thing.”

Graham, meanwhile, addressed their relationship in his biography The Lives and Loves of a He Devil.

It seems Graham regretted the decision for them to live together.

The experiment lasted for about six months and it was a disaster.

He wrote: “The experiment lasted for about six months and it was a disaster. I realise that even to a perfect stranger the outcome would have been glaringly obvious, but when you are in the middle of something and you are desperate for it to work, you’ll try anything.”

Graham Norton ex: ‘I knew to enjoy the time while it lasted’

Additionally, back in August 2013, another ex was reported by the Mirror to have revealed details about Graham’s life away from the cameras.

Trevor Patterson, who is 20 years younger than Graham, claimed the star sometimes drank up to four bottles of wine a night – and had even been found sleeping in his dogs’ bed.

Trevor – who was said to have split from Graham in May of that year – reportedly praised his ex as “a fantastic man” who “is loved by everyone”.

But he also claimed Graham had, at that time, “resigned himself to being alone for ever more.”

“In the early stages of our relationship I was aware of his dating history and knew I was one in a line of 20-somethings, so I never saw it as long-term. I just knew to enjoy the time while it lasted – and we did have great times,” he told the tabloid.

The former couple were believed to have met in 2011, with Trevor moving into Graham’s home nine months later.

He also indicated Graham viewed his dogs as his “children” – and wished his former partner all the best and hoped he was happy.

But Trevor also admitted he found Graham’s alcohol consumption challenging.

“I struggled to keep up. It would be four boozy dinners a week and then more wine at home. Graham would put away maybe three or four bottles, then vodka and tonics. Then we’d get home and he would have a night-cap,” Trevor claimed.
