Blake Lively’s Rep Rips Justin Baldoni’s Team For Subpoenaing Taylor Swift

They likened the move to a “circus act” and slammed the film director’s legal team for suggesting that Lively’s deposition be turned into a ticketed event at Madison Square Garden.

Taylor Swift’s subpoena is tied to Justin Baldoni’s $400 million defamation lawsuit filed in January against Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan  Reynolds.

On Friday, it was confirmed that Baldoni’s team had issued a subpoena to Taylor Swift in his ongoing trial brought against him by her friend, Lively.

Now, a rep for the actress has come out to slam the move, while also criticizing Baldoni’s lawyer’s suggestion to sell tickets to the deposition and donate the proceeds to organizations supporting victims of domestic abuse.

“Mr. Baldoni, Mr. Sarowitz, and team continue to turn a case of sexual harassment and retaliation into entertainment for the tabloids, going as far as suggesting that they sell tickets to a concert venue – Madison Square Garden – to witness Ms. Lively’s deposition, to subpoenaing Taylor Swift, a woman who has given a voice to millions all over the world,” said the rep for Lively, per People Magazine.

The rep also stated that the ongoing case is a “very serious legal matter,” not a “circus” that Baldoni’s legal team seems to be trying to turn it into.

The rep then switched to criticizing Baldoni and the other parties in the sexual harassment suit, who had previously opposed Lively’s motion to dismiss Baldoni’s defamation suit against his “It Ends With Us co-star.”

“The defendants continue to publicly intimidate, bully, shame, and attack women’s rights and reputations. Including in the past month, seeking to strike down for all, a powerful California victims’ rights law, calling it ‘unconstitutional,'” the rep continued.

They further remarked, “The disturbing actions by a billionaire, men who made their careers as ‘female allies’ and their team, continue to show their true colors.”

In their motion to dismiss Baldoni’s defamation suit, Lively’s legal team cited the Protecting Survivors from Weaponized Defamation Lawsuits Act, which was implemented in 2023 to shield harassment accusers from retaliatory defamation claims.

However, Baldoni’s attorneys pushed back, arguing that invoking the law would set a “dangerous precedent” and threaten the film director’s First Amendment right to challenge what they described as Lively’s “false and harmful” accusations, per Variety.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Swift has responded to the subpoena issued to the pop star.

They told People Magazine that Swift never visited the film set for It Ends With Us, the movie in which Lively and Baldoni co-starred and where the alleged sexual harassment incident occurred.

The rep also stated that Swift had no involvement in any of the “casting or creative decisions,” which appears to refute Baldoni’s claim that he was summoned to Lively’s penthouse in New York, where her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and Swift allegedly praised Lively’s version of a scene from the movie.

“She did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history,” Swift’s rep further clarified about the pop star.

At the moment, the sexual harassment trial is scheduled for March 9, 2026, with no cameras allowed during the proceedings.

When the trial begins, Baldoni is expected to take the stand as confirmed by his lawyer, Bryan Freedman.

Similarly, Lively will testify alongside other individuals her legal team believes witnessed or experienced the “misconduct that is relevant” to her claims.

“The ultimate moment for a plaintiff’s story to be told is at trial. We expect that to be the case here [with Lively]. So we would, of course, expect her to be a witness at her trial. Of course, she’s going to testify,” Lively’s attorney, Mike Gottlieb, told People Magazine.

Lively’s rep’s remarks about Baldoni’s lawyer, Freedman, making a “circus” of the ongoing case come after the lawyer told People Magazine that he wants to sell tickets to the “Gossip Girl” star’s deposition.

“Since Ms. Lively is open to testifying, let’s make it count,” Freedman told the news outlet.

He noted, “Hold the deposition at MSG, sell tickets or stream it, and donate every dollar to organizations helping victims of domestic abuse.”

At Just $0.007994, Unstaked’s Presale Offers 27x Growth Potential!

    At Just alt=

Dogecoin (DOGE) is forming a rounded bottom chart pattern, which could lead to a push toward $0.65 if it manages to break past the $0.20 barrier. Meanwhile, the TRUMP coin jumped 70% after announcing a special gala dinner at Trump National Golf Club for standout holders, mixing politics with crypto attention.

While both coins gain buzz from current events, Unstaked is steadily building what Web3 needs. Its AI agents are designed to manage onboarding, community roles, and Telegram/X tasks with everything recorded and verified on-chain using a Proof of Intelligence system. Now in stage 8 of its presale at $0.007994, Unstaked has already secured $20 million in liquidity, showing real groundwork in action.

Dogecoin (DOGE) Might Be Near a Breakout Toward $0.65

Dogecoin (DOGE) shows strong upward signs, with its chart forming a rounded bottom pattern, a classic signal for upward momentum. DOGE, priced around $0.18, could make a leap to $0.65 if it breaks resistance levels at $0.19 and $0.20.

Dogecoin (DOGE) Might Be Near a Breakout Toward $0.65

The possibility of sudden swings still exists, but the mix of chart indicators and growing optimism may set DOGE up for a solid rally. Market watchers are keeping an eye on the $0.19–$0.20 range, as a breakout there would likely spark more gains.

TRUMP Coin Climbs 70% After Gala Dinner Announcement

TRUMP coin saw a major boost, jumping 70% following plans for a special dinner at Trump National Golf Club in D.C. The leading 220 holders are invited, with the leading 25 getting VIP treatment, including a private tour and a premium reception.

Unstaked’s AI Network Could Power the Next Phase of Web3 at $0.007994

Unstaked is working behind the scenes to create a backbone for the future of Web3. Rather than building everything from scratch, teams can use Unstaked’s modular AI agents for critical tasks like user onboarding, chat support, and moderation.

These agents operate within a flexible system that lets projects select what they need. Every action they perform is validated and scored through the project’s unique Proof of Intelligence framework, which ensures only real, useful work is rewarded.

Unstaked is in stage 8 of its crypto presale, with a current price of $0.007994 and a locked liquidity pool of $20 million. Unlike others chasing headlines, it’s creating essential building blocks. These agents will go live after launch, not before.

As demand increases for low-cost, efficient automation tools in Web3, Unstaked may soon be seen as a key operational tool. With a launch price set at $0.1819, early contributors could be eyeing up to 2700% in returns.

    Summing Up!

Dogecoin (DOGE) may rally toward $0.65 if resistance is breached, and TRUMP coin is riding a wave of politically driven interest. But Unstaked is focused on lasting value, offering AI agents that support onboarding, support, and engagement for Web3 teams. Each action is verified through its Proof of Intelligence system.

Now in stage 8 and priced at $0.007994, Unstaked offers real utility and foundational support for Web3 projects. As teams seek solid infrastructure, Unstaked could become just as essential for operations as Chainlink is for data feeds.

Eye-watering amount Declan Donnelly earned per day while presenting solo without Ant McPartlin

Eye-watering amount Declan Donnelly earned per day while presenting solo without Ant McPartlin

Declan Donnelly was reportedly earning a major amount per day while presenting solo after Ant McPartlin’s arrest for drink-driving.

From 2018 to 2019, Ant, 49, took a year’s break from presenting to focus on his recovery following addiction issues.

He was also handed an £86,000 fine and 20-month ban from driving in 2018, following a multi-car crash in London.

As a result, Ant’s presenting partner Dec, 49, – who is back on screens tonight (May 10) for Britain’s Got Talent – hosted several of their shows solo.

And in 2020, it was claimed that Dec had raked in a huge amount while working solo.

Declan Donnelly presented solo without Ant McPartlin

In 2018, presenter Ant McPartlin and his on-screen partner Declan Donnelly thought their joint future in telly might be in jeopardy when, in early 2018, Ant’s drinking addiction and stress levels caused him to crash his car.

He paid a hefty fine as a result – no one sustained life-threatening injuries, thankfully. Ant also checked himself into rehab and in the process, in his own words, lost, then regained, his identity.

At the same time, Dec continued with his presenting gigs, hosting shows like Britain’s Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway.

He also fronted the 2018 series of I’m A Celebrity, alongside Holly Willoughby.

And it turns out Dec was making a ton of cash during his brief solo presenting stint…

How much did Declan Donnelly earn?

Back in 2020, documents filed at Companies House were made available to the public.

They revealed that from June 2018 to June 2019 Dec cashed in £5,283,051 through his company Deecourt Limited.

What’s more, they showed that Dec bagged £14,000 per day, up £1,000 a day compared to the previous year.

The Sun also reported that more than £1 million came through a series of companies that Dec owns with Ant.

      Ant’s drink-drive scandal

After a stint in rehab, Ant was faced with more drama when he was charged with drink-driving following a multi-car crash in London in 2018.

The incident saw Ant drive in the wrong lane, before hitting a Mini with a family inside, and then crashing into a BMW.

Ant was banned from driving for 20 months and given an £86,000 fine after pleading guilty. He said he was “ashamed and mortified” by his actions after entering a guilty plea at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in April.

He was twice the legal limit when he was arrested on March 18. The court was told Ant had 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35mcg per 100 ml.

Watch Dec on Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday (May 10) at 7:00pm on ITV1.

Bitcoin SV Investors File to Revive ‘Loss of Chance’ Claim in $13.3 Billion Case With Binance – Decrypt

Bitcoin SV Investors File to Revive ‘Loss of Chance’ Claim in .3 Billion Case With Binance – Decrypt

      In brief

Bitcoin SV investors are appealing to have their “forgone growth effect” claim reinstated against Binance, arguing they lost over $13 billion when BSV was delisted in 2019.
The Competition Appeal Tribunal previously rejected this specific claim, ruling that most investors could have mitigated losses by trading BSV for other cryptocurrencies.
The case is part of a larger class action against multiple exchanges that delisted BSV, complicated by allegations that BSV creator Craig Wright falsely claimed to be Bitcoin’s inventor.

Bitcoin SV (BSV) investors have asked the UK Court of Appeal to readmit their claim that Binance’s delisting of BSV in April 2019 caused them to lose out on significant growth in the value of their holdings.

In July 2024, the Competition Appeal Tribunal struck out a particular element of the group’s complaint, which argued that the Binance delisting resulted in a “forgone growth effect,” preventing BSV from developing into a “top tier” cryptocurrency.

It’s this particular claim that would allow for the highest possible financial penalty against Binance (above $13 billion), based on the assumption that BSV would have grown to what Bitcoin’s value was in July 2022, when the group originally filed their complaint.

And at the Court of Appeal on Thursday, the group’s legal representatives argued that the “loss of chance” claim should be heard when the case goes to trial, because the delisting has caused a “permanent ongoing loss of value.”

“Because of the delisting, there has been damage which continues to this day,” said John Wardell KC. “If it hadn’t been for the delisting, BSV would be a first-tier currency like Bitcoin.”

In arriving at a pre-trial judgment in July 2024, the Competition Appeal Tribunal refused Binance’s request to throw out the case completely.

However, it sided with the exchange in agreeing that the “market mitigation rule” applied to the delisting, meaning that the vast majority of Bitcoin SV holders would have been aware of BSV’s removal and would have had the opportunity to trade into alternatives.

The tribunal’s judges concluded at the time, “The evidence currently before us as to the extent to which any BSV holders could reasonably have remained sufficiently unaware so as to exclude the market mitigation rule is […] scant and high-level.”

Yet lawyers for the BSV investors argued this week the market mitigation rule does not apply in this case, allegedly because the investors weren’t able to avoid loss by trading into alternative cryptocurrencies.

“There is no duty to mitigate if your damaged asset cannot generate sufficient funds,” said Wardell. “It is well established that defendants will not be prejudiced by financial inability to mitigate.”

Lawyers representing Binance argued against this line of reasoning, with Brian Kennelly KC of Blackstone Chambers urging the Court of Appeal not to reverse the 2024 decision on the so-called foregone growth effect.

“BSV could have been exchanged for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies,” he said. “BSV is and was, at all relevant times, a readily marketable asset.”

The case against Binance is part of a class action also involving Kraken, ShapeShift and Bittylicious, which all delisted BSV between April and June 2019.

The claims were submitted by BSV Claims Limited, a special purpose vehicle for which Lord Currie of Marylebone—who was the chair of UK telecoms regulator Ofcom and the Competition and Markets Authority—sits as the sole director.

The case was brought on behalf of all UK-based Bitcoin SV holders between April 2019 and July 2022, estimated to be in the region of 243,000 investors.

It represents the UK’s first collective case related to cryptocurrencies and competition, with the complainant alleging that the four exchanges conspired to delist BSV.

Speaking to Decrypt, Ashley Fairbrother—a partner at legal firm Edmonds Marshall McMahon—acknowledges that the case is “very novel” and has “an equally extraordinary” backstory.

“Last year, in an unprecedented case, the English High Court found that Dr Craig Wright was not Satoshi and that he had orchestrated a fraud not only on many people and companies, but also on the Courts of England and Wales, Norway, and the USA,” he said.

According to Fairbrother, Wright used his false claims to influence investment in BSV, which enabled him to profit from his lies.

“If the BSV coin was created by a fraudster with a view to realizing the fruits of a fraud, it is easy to understand why the community took the steps that it did to delist BSV, to deter the damaging impact on the continued development of Bitcoin,” Fairbrother adds.

Fairbrother also noted that recent years have brought a few examples of investors attempting to bring claims against exchanges, although these claims have usually been “fundamentally flawed,” as witnessed in Piroozzadeh v Persons Unknown (2023).

“While legal action against exchanges is theoretically possible, much like claims against traditional banks, significant legal and practical hurdles would need to be overcome,” Fairbrother explained. “Many leading exchanges are increasingly adopting more robust compliance and regulatory frameworks, which are likely to make successful claims even more difficult in the future than they already are.”

Such factors lead Fairbrother to be uncertain as to whether BSV Claims Limited will be successful against Binance and the other exchanges, admitting that the question is a “very difficult” one to answer.

“The BSV investors are well-resourced and well-funded,” he added, “however the natural consequence of them winning will be that the court has aided Craig Wright to some extent to realize some value from his fraudulent claims.”

Earn 25% BDAG: Your Guide to BlockDAG’s Referral Program

Earn 25% BDAG: Your Guide to BlockDAG’s Referral Program

Whether you’re new to BDAG or already involved, BlockDAG’s referral program offers a simple way to increase your BDAG holdings. By referring others, you earn 25% in BDAG for each purchase made through your link, while they receive a 5% bonus on their purchase.

With over $233.5 million raised, more than 17,375 miners sold, and a mainnet launch scheduled for 2025, BlockDAG provides a practical method to grow your BDAG balance.

This guide outlines the steps to start referring today. Whether you’re active in crypto communities or simply want to share with friends, you’ll learn how to present, refer, and enhance your BDAG earnings.

      Why Referring BDAG Is Beneficial?

Referrals are more than just bonuses; they’re about expanding a community. BlockDAG merges Bitcoin’s security with DAG’s speed, creating a hybrid consensus model that’s gaining attention. With the presale surpassing $233.5 million and early participants seeing up to 2,520% returns, there’s still an opportunity to join. Currently, BDAG is available at a limited-time price of $0.0019 until May 13th.

      Why Referring BDAG Is Beneficial?

As a referrer, you receive 25% BDAG of the amount your contact purchases. For instance, if someone buys $5,000 worth of BDAG, you earn $1,250. They also get a 5% BDAG bonus, making it advantageous for both parties. With 80% of the supply allocated to the community and miners, there’s ample room for growth.

      Step-by-Step Referral Process

      Step 1: Identify Potential Referrals

List 5–10 individuals who might be interested. Focus on those engaged in crypto, finance, or technology. Friends, family, and online contacts are good starting points. Target those who act promptly when presented with opportunities.

Step 2: Craft a Concise Pitch

Keep your message brief and clear. An example:

“BlockDAG is a fast Layer 1 blockchain, currently at 10 blocks/sec, aiming for over 100. They’ve raised $233.5M, and you can start with just $15. You’ll get 5% BDAG back, and I’ll earn 25%. Interested in learning more?”

Use visuals like the X1 app or the World Map to illustrate. Tailor your message to their interests. A simple, visual approach often yields better results.

      Step-by-Step Referral ProcessStep-by-Step Referral Process

Step 3: Share Your Referral Code and Assist

Once they show interest, guide them to blockdag.network and follow these steps:

Connect their wallet (MetaMask is recommended)Fund with USDT, BNB, or ETH (minimum $15)Enter your referral code at checkoutComplete the purchase (note: gas fees apply)

Retrieve your referral code from your dashboard at purchase3.blockdag.network. Alternatively, use a direct link with your code embedded. If they’re unfamiliar with the process, offer assistance via screen-share or call.

Step 4: Follow Up and Finalise

After your initial pitch, check in within 24 hours. A simple message like, “Did you get a chance to look into BDAG? There’s a 5% BDAG bonus if you act now,” can be effective. Two days later, provide an update on your BDAG earnings or the presale’s progress. Once they’ve made a purchase, congratulate them and remind them they can earn 25% per referral.

      Addressing Questions and Expanding

You may encounter questions; here’s how to respond:

Is this legitimate? Highlight BlockDAG’s $233.5M raised, over 1 million X1 app users, a live testnet, and transparent leadership. Is it too good to be true? Emphasise that early participation offers real advantages, with bonuses designed to reward prompt action before the mainnet launch.Uncertain about the buying process? Offer guidance. Even newcomers can start with $15 using MoonPay or Apple Pay

Addressing Questions and ExpandingAddressing Questions and Expanding

To expand beyond your initial referrals, share in crypto-focused Telegram groups, Reddit forums, or YouTube comment sections (where permitted). Share the articles from BlockDAG’s Medium page or post screenshots of your referral earnings. Consistency builds trust, leading to increased engagement.

      Wrapping Up

BlockDAG referral is straightforward and rewarding. With a 25% bonus for you and 5% for your referrals, each connection offers potential gains. BlockDAG’s hybrid blockchain, substantial presale momentum, and growing community make this referral program noteworthy.

To begin, obtain your referral code, identify three contacts, and present your pitch. Assist them through the purchase process and benefit together. With the presale nearing its conclusion, now is an opportune time to act.

As you’ve probably heard, Grand Theft Auto VI just got a brand new trailer, giving us our best look yet at the world, characters, and story of Rockstar’s upcoming crime epic. The trailer tells us a lot more about the game’s leading couple, Lucia and Jason, and takes time to emphasize the atmosphere of GTA VI’s Florida-inspired setting, at one point showing Jason cruising down the highway listening to “Everybody Have Fun Tonight” by Wang Chung as an airplane flies overhead. And man, am I here for it. However, I see some folks on social media criticizing the trailer for not showing gameplay, suggesting that we can’t know if GTA VI is actually worth our interest until we see what it’s like to play it. I don’t fault anyone for feeling that way, but it’s not an argument that lands with me. For me, at this point Grand Theft Auto is probably more about vibes, environment, characters, story, and immersion than anything else. We know Rockstar can handle the gameplay stuff. It’s everything else I still need to be sold on. – Carolyn Petit Read More

X-FLEXI Wins Global Blockchain Technology Innovation Award, Pioneering in a New Paradigm In Smart Grid Trading

At the 2025 Global Blockchain Technology Summit, fintech platform X-FLEXI (X-FX) was honored with the Global Blockchain Technology Innovation Award. The company stood out among numerous international contenders for its groundbreaking integration of AI-powered intelligent grid trading systems with blockchain technology.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Singapore, X-FLEXI was established by a team of scientists with academic backgrounds from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The company specializes in high-frequency trading, quantitative investment, and AI-driven strategy development and deployment. Its flagship product, the Intelligent Grid Trading System, seamlessly integrates advanced AI algorithms with the transparency and security of blockchain technology. The system delivers a fully automated, low-barrier, 24/7 trading solution, ideally suited for novice investors and long-term holders.

The platform leverages sophisticated mathematical modeling, trade depth forecasting, and adaptive strategy algorithms to identify market opportunities and execute arbitrage trades automatically. It supports multi-currency trading and intelligent switching across different exchanges. A built-in risk management system safeguards users against extreme market volatility, ensuring asset stability and capital preservation.

The judging panel for this year’s award included global experts in technology, economics, and industry leadership. Evaluation criteria encompassed technological innovation, practical utility, market influence, and global scalability. The panel unanimously recognized X-FLEXI’s contributions to the worldwide adoption of quantitative trading technologies and its role in advancing real-world blockchain applications in financial services.

To date, X-FLEXI has expanded its reach to over 70 countries and serves millions of users. Committed to its “User Profit First” philosophy, the platform adopts a profit-sharing model: it charges a 50% service fee only on users’ trading profits. No fees are incurred if no profits are made, thereby maximizing user benefits.

During the award ceremony, Dr. Santiago David, Founder and Chairman of X-FLEXI, stated:

“We are deeply honored to receive this prestigious award. It represents a strong affirmation of our team’s long-standing commitment to technological innovation and global strategic execution. Moving forward, we will continue to empower investors worldwide through technology, making intelligent trading accessible to all.”

The summit brought together leading blockchain technology firms and investment institutions from around the globe, with in-depth discussions on key topics including blockchain finance, data security, and Web 3.0. X-FLEXI’s recognition became one of the event’s highlights, significantly boosting momentum behind its global growth strategy.

GTA 6 trailer 2 is here, so when‘s GTA 6 trailer 3 gonna drop? Don’t worry, we’ve been rubbing our hot braincells together

GTA 6 trailer 2 is here, so when‘s GTA 6 trailer 3 gonna drop? Don’t worry, we’ve been rubbing our hot braincells together

Do not laugh. These are words on the internet. They’re serious business.

We might have finally gotten that second trailer, the one I spent months on end staring at the moon 24 hours a day and electrocuted Nintendo’s nipples in anticipation of. We might have gotten a whole website worth of screenshots and character bios to dissect like forensic scientists scraping one of Trevor Phillips’ victims off the freeway.

But it’s never enough. It’s never enough, when GTA 6 now isn’t arriving until May 2026. From my bunker on Mount Chiliad, I’ll scour these morsels we’ve been thrown, I’ll hold the gun of truth up to their foreheads, just like Niko Bellic did to Vlad in that GTA 4 mission. I’ll find evidence of a drop date for GTA 6 trailer three.

      Manage cookie settings

You might argue that there’s no evidence we’re even due a third GTA 6 trailer – that we’ve already had two, and gotten all the info we could want ahead of the release date that’s now set in stone. I disagree. There has to be one. There’s always more when it comes to the biggest game launch since the fall of Constantinople invented the RTS genre.

Besides, GTA 5 had three protagonists, as did GTA 4 if you count the DLCs – the angels at Rockstar know the power that a holy trinity wields over us puny mortals.

So, I fire up trailer two for the seven thousandth time this week, because what if – I ask myself, in a voice that’s still some weird, monstrous amalgamation of every GTA protagonist ever – the GTA 6 trailer two/delay info drop has anything to tell us about a third GTA 6 trailer?

Trailer two begins with a joke. As I’ve told you, this is no laughing matter, but it’s Rockstar making a gag about those leaks, so I must – in my capacity as their devoted servant/fan who spends 22 and a half hours a day on Twitter – giggle for at least 20 minutes. The joke, though, serves a purpose. It’s convinced me that Rockstar knows the game’s afoot.

There’s a racoon in the background emerging from a bin. Frantically, I google which time of year the critters typically mate. Late January to mid-March. Could this be when GTA 6 trailer three is conceived ahead of deployment in the run up to that May release? Could it be when the trailer slinks out of the trash can onto our feeds? Maybe, but we’ll have to keep working.

Jason Duval is shirtless. I start counting the individual hairs on his very sweaty chest, which I’m staring at in an entirely respectful manner, because he’s a GTA protagonist and we are not worthy. I hold a ruler up to the screen and try to measure the exact diameter of his nipples, in the hope that maths might yield a clue. I have to give up. He’s just too damn sexy for me, a straight man in a basement, to concentrate.

We see Jason, now mercifully with a shirt on, driving, and then robbing a store. The cash register. Written on it is a number, upside down. Oh Rockstar, you shouldn’t have, you know I love dialling random phone numbers I find scrawled on walls around town. 305-555-0145. I ring it. There’s no answer, perhaps because I’ve stopped paying my phone bills in order to finance seven separate GTA+ subscriptions at once.

I panic, and resort again to maths. 3 + 5 is eight. 5 x 3 is 15. 1 + 4 + 5 is 10. 15 + 10 is 25. 2025. That just leaves the eight. The eighth month. August. AUGUST 2025 FOR GTA 6 TRAILER THREE? It seems implausible, but that’s never stopped me before. Hang on. The moon phases! The old reliable we relied on to predict trailer two.

NO WAY. August 8 will see the moon appear as a WAXING GIBBOUS! The very moon phase we thought would point to the second trailer’s arrival. This is incredible, I’ve cracked it. I must have. I can’t stop, though. There must be more info sneaking about like Michael De Santa during that mission for Solomon Richards if that’s cropped up.

      Boobie Ike in GTA 6.
You don’t want to know how many coffees it took for me to work all of this out. | Image credit: Rockstar Games

Let’s see. There’s a freeway sign that hints at coming off at exit three to reach 9th Avenue in Southside Peacock Bay. Exit three = trailer three? Rockstar certainly has been peacocking with these trailers. Argh, is it trying to confuse me, to throw me off the scent and lose the five star wanted rating?

Further on, there’s a sign in a shop that reads “A new billionaire every week”. A new bit of GTA 6 info every week from now until May 26 next year? No, no, it can’t be. We’d all die from GTA 6 hype overload, foaming at the mouth like many of the numerous victims of substance abuse the GTA series has portrayed over the years.

There she is. Lucia Caminos. ‘Hot Together’ by The Pointer Sisters starts to play. Hang on. The Pointer Sisters. Hot Together was released in October 1986. It was their twelfth studio album, and eighth collaboration with producer Richard Perry. There’s that eight again, but this time with a twelve. The song was also used in the soundtrack for the 1987 movie Spaceballs, which came out on June 24. Could that be the time when we get something? The reveal of a GTA 6: Spaceballs edition?

As I try to work it out, I forget to press pause and the trailer keeps going. When I look back, Lucia’s bottom in a nice dress is filling the screen. Once again, I’m paralysed because things are just getting too sexy. Her bum swings from side to side as she walks. Once, twice, three times before the camera cuts away.

THREE. Did Lucia’s derriere just confirm trailer three is coming, beyond all doubt? As if to re-emphasise it, Jason then says “If we’re doing this, we’re doing it right.”

Some NPCs having a party in GTA 6.
I swear, I’m not pulling all of this out of my own rump. | Image credit: Rockstar Games

I move on. The threes keep coming. Bae-Luxe of Real Dimez says ‘brrraapp’ three times while doing finger guns. People yell ‘Vice City, baby’, which is three words. Cal Hampton humps the air three times while urging someone to hook him up with something. Does he want early access to trailer three?

It’s all too much. I crash out and turn to the website. I try calculating the mean value of the number of screenshots of different characters and locations that Rockstar’s shared. It somehow adds up to five, which doesn’t seem to support my theory, so I disregard it as irrelevant.

I end up scrolling just past the bio of Lucia – the woman with the prophetic posterior.

“Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian’s, Cal feels safest hanging at home, snooping on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and some private browser tabs open,” reads the bit about Cal Hampton. His name is three letters long, and there are two references to trios in the passage that prominently features a list of three.

“What if everything on the internet was true?”
