Schedule 1 offers a ton of items, including different types of equipment items, workstations, mixing ingredients, decoration items, and more. As all of these items take up space in inventory, you can easily run out of space. Fortunately, with the new content update, you can sell the unnecessary items rather than just throwing or leaving them in an empty motel or room. In this guide, we will tell you how to sell items in Schedule 1.
How to Sell Items in Schedule 1

Players can sell their unnecessary items in Schedule 1 at the Pawn Shop. The Pawn Shop in the Northside of the city was recently just a building structure. With the new update, players can now enter the Pawn Shop and speak with Mick to sell any item except the product.
NOTE: You can offer him your products (drugs) like regularly. However, you cannot place the products in the selling spaces.
For those who are wondering, the Pawn Shop is located right beside the Bridge behind the Motel. Simply, go to the right side on the main road and you will see the Pawn shop in the front. Interact with the door to open and enter inside to speak with Mick. Here, select the “I’d like to sell something” option. It will show you five item spaces in which you can place different types of items.
Upon placing the items, press the “Start” option below. It will start a negotiating mini-game. Mick will offer low money, but you can counter his offer to get more for your item. However, you have to be reasonable with him, otherwise, he will agree to the asking price.

The easiest way to counter Mick’s price and get the best possible price is to keep an eye on Mick’s Temper on the left side. If your offer raises the meter too high, Mick will not accept to pay. Keep the meter right around in the center or a bit high to have a successful chance of selling your item for a 50% to 70% of its value.
Best Items to Sell in Schedule 1
As there are several items that you will get throughout the progression of your empire, you can sell most of the older equipment items and workstations. Instead of using the old Packaging Stations, Mixing Stations, Growers, etc., sell them to Mick. He will offer a generous amount of money to you for the items. Furthermore, you can also sell him the TV and a Lamp at the Motel Room for free. If you don’t use the TV for mini-games, sell it to earn some small cash.
That is all related to how to sell the items in Schedule 1.
