SweaterBear Games has launched its latest board game, Camping Season, on Kickstarter. The game, designed for 1 to 4 players, invites players to build, design, and manage their own campground. Over six seasons, players will compete to create the ultimate camping experience by attracting guests and optimizing profits. The player with the most points at the end of the game will be recognized for their efforts.
In each round, players will have the chance to expand their campground, adding a variety of amenities to improve their guest experience. With 60 different upgrades available, players can explore different strategies to maximize their campground’s potential. However, managing these amenities comes with added responsibility, as players must also ensure proper maintenance to avoid negative reviews from guests.
Each season brings new guests, and the choices made will affect how the campground evolves. The game is designed to offer a wide range of strategies and replayability, with each playthrough providing new opportunities for players to test their management skills.
Camping Season is currently available on Kickstarter, with the campaign running until October 28. The project has raised US$ 207,069 from 1,974 backers, surpassing its US$ 5,000 goal.
