Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest Makes Boldly Bullish Bitcoin Price Prediction – Decrypt

In brief

Ark Invest predicts that Bitcoin could hit a price of as much as $2.4 million per coin by 2030.
At worst, the firm predicts a bear case of around $500,000 in the next five years.

Prominent technology investor Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest released an updated Bitcoin price target, outlining a path for the top cryptocurrency to reach a price of as much as $2.4 million per coin by 2030.

Released on Thursday, the latest report levels up Ark’s previous price predictions from its annual Big Ideas report, which used total addressable markets (TAM) and penetration rate assumptions to determine a price prediction for Bitcoin.

Now, the firm combined its previous predictions with experimental modeling that considers Bitcoin’s “active” supply—which discounts lost or long-held coins.

“Bitcoin’s network liveliness has remained near ~60% since early 2018. In our view, that magnitude of liveliness suggests that ~40% of supply is ‘vaulted,’” the report reads. “On that basis, we arrive at the following price targets, which are roughly 40% higher than our base model, which does not account for Bitcoin active supply and network liveliness”

When accounting for active supply, Ark Invest predicts a bear case—or the most negative view—of around $500,000 per BTC. The bull case? A Bitcoin price of $2.4 million per coin.

Contributing to its potential growth, the report highlights the major inputs for its TAM and penetration rate data, which include its standing as a “digital gold,” institutional investment in spot ETFs, emerging market investors seeking a safe haven asset, and corporate treasuries continuing to diversify with Bitcoin.

Ark is not the only Bitcoin proponent to suggest a price appreciation above $1 million per coin. In September Strategy Chairman and co-founder Michael Saylor predicted the leading crypto asset would reach $13 million per coin over the next 21 years. In January, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said he thinks it will reach the “multiple millions price range” as well.

Bitcoin topped $95,000 for the first time in two months earlier Friday, but still remains down from its all-time peak price of nearly $109,000 set in January.

Until Dawn Remake Might Be A Free Monthly Game On PS Essential

Until Dawn Remake Might Be A Free Monthly Game On PS Essential

If you fancy watching some teenagers get murdered in a creepy house in the woods, then there might be some good news; it seems like the Until Dawn remake will be one of May’s free monthly PS Plus Essential games.

The evidence was found by Reddit user Budget-Neat4750 who noted that Until Dawn had appeared on his PlayStation under the monthly games section.

The original Until Dawn is no longer available, so this is presumably the 2024 remake which replaced it.

The timing makes some sense as the official Until Dawn has just hit cinemas, so Sony might see this as a way of boosting awareness a little. Although, it doesn’t look like you’re missing much if you don’t go and see it as the critic reviews have been middling, and the audience rating hasn’t been much better.

As for the game, it would be an ignominious fate for the remake. It launched on October 2, 2024, so to be given out for free just 7 months later is an embarrassing fate for a Sony first-party title.

But then, it isn’t like the game has done very well. The remake received lukewarm reviews, holding a score of just 69 (nice) on Opencritic, and was mostly ignored by everyone. On Steam, it saw a peak concurrent player count of just a few thousand, and apparently on PS5 it actually did worse than Concord which is, of course, Sony’s biggest gaming disaster to date.

Would you guys be okay with the Until Dawn remake being one of May’s free games?

The roar of an engine, the screech of tires gripping the asphalt, and the rush of adrenaline as a car takes the final corner, racing anime has always offered more than just speed. It captures something deeply human: the desire to go faster, push further, and chase dreams at full throttle.

Initial D stands as the definitive racing anime, having shaped the genre and influenced global car culture since its 1998 debut. The series follows Takumi Fujiwara, an unassuming tofu delivery driver who, through years of making predawn deliveries on Mount Akina’s winding roads, has unknowingly developed extraordinary driving skills.

The series introduced mainstream audiences to drifting and the concept of “weight transfer,” showing how Takumi’s humble Toyota AE86 Trueno could outperform more powerful cars on downhill courses through superior cornering techniques. These technical aspects are explained in detail without breaking the flow of the narrative.

The series spans multiple stages (seasons) that follow Takumi’s progression from an accidental local phenomenon to a deliberate, competitive driver, taking on increasingly skilled opponents across Japan’s mountainous prefectures. Each challenger brings unique driving philosophies and vehicles, from Ryosuke Takahashi’s calculated precision to Kyoichi Sudo’s all-wheel-drive grip techniques.

Release Date

Imagine combining motocross with classical dance and dropping it in the middle of a civil uprising; that’s RideBack in a sentence. Set in 2025, this anime follows Rin Ogata, a former ballerina who stumbles upon RideBacks, motorcycles that can transform and move like humanoid machines.

Rin’s grace as a dancer translates to unbelievable skill in RideBack racing. But this isn’t just about competitive sport, the machines are soon used for warfare, and Rin finds herself unwillingly caught in the middle of a rebellion against a totalitarian regime.

The action sequences are tightly choreographed, often resembling ballet in motion, especially with how Rin controls her RideBack, Fuego. The anime balances thrilling races with serious political undercurrents, exploring themes of autonomy, violence, and identity.

Though only 12 episodes long, RideBack leaves a strong impression, not only for its unique blend of mecha and racing, but for how intimately it explores Rin’s struggle to find purpose after injury cut her dance career short.

Appare-Ranman!

Samurai Meets Steampunk NASCAR

Appare-Ranman! anime

This show is chaotic in the best possible way. Appare-Ranman! throws a Japanese samurai and a mad scientist into an America-themed cannonball race set in the 19th century. The result? A hybrid of Redline, Trigun, and Wacky Races.

Appare, a steampunk-obsessed engineer, accidentally ends up in Los Angeles with his stoic bodyguard Kosame. To get back home to Japan, they enter the Trans-America Wild Race, a cross-country death race full of gun-toting racers, outlaws, and morally shady sponsors.

The anime blends Wild West vibes with mechanical ingenuity. Every vehicle is custom-built and powered by absurd steam engines or Frankenstein-level tech. There’s more to this anime than racing, there are shootouts, sabotage, and a subtle commentary on class and race in frontier America.

Wangan Midnight captures the dangerous allure of Japanese expressway racing, focusing on the legendary Bayshore Route (Wangan) that runs through Tokyo. This 2007 anime adaptation of Michiharu Kusunoki’s manga introduces viewers to the subculture of high-speed highway racing where modified production cars push beyond 300 km/h on public roads.

The story centers on Akio Asakura and his relationship with a seemingly cursed Porsche 911 Turbo (964) painted in “Midnight Blue.” This car, nicknamed the “Devil Z,” has claimed the lives of previous owners who pushed it to its limits. The supernatural element adds a unique dimension to what is otherwise a technically accurate portrayal of tuning culture and street racing.

Unlike track-based racing anime, Wangan Midnight excels at portraying the specific dangers of highway racing, dealing with traffic, narrow lanes, and the moral questions of putting public safety at risk

Capeta

From Cardboard to Kart King

Capeta anime

If you want a story that builds from the absolute bottom, Capeta delivers it with grease under its fingernails. The anime begins with Capeta, a fourth-grade kid who constructs a go-kart from scratch using scrap materials and raw determination. And yes, it actually works.

The early episodes focus on kart racing, which is rare in anime, and portrays the technical side with accuracy. It shows gear ratios, tire types, pit strategies, things that matter in real kart racing. As Capeta progresses from amateur circuits to professional Formula races, the series highlights the financial and emotional strain that motorsport families face.

Oban Star-Racers

Beyond Earth’s Atmosphere, A Daughter’s Quest

Oban Star-Racers anime

A French-Japanese co-production that aired back in 2006, Oban Star-Racers is one of those shows that hit hard for those who caught it in their childhood. It blended futuristic racing, alien competitors, and emotional storytelling in a way that felt ahead of its time.

The story follows Eva, who disguises herself as “Molly” to join the Oban Grand Prix and reconnect with her estranged father, who doesn’t even recognize her. The race, however, is no ordinary race. It’s a galaxy-wide competition where pilots battle not just for glory but for a single wish that can alter reality.

With a total of 26 episodes, the series became a cult classic largely due to its emotionally grounded characters and hand-drawn art style that stood out during the mid-2000s CGI boom

Release Date

2023 – 2024

Network

Tokyo MX, BS11

Directors

Yukihiko Asaki, Ken Ando, Sho Hamada, Hiroshi Tamada, Tomoe Makino

Set in the same world as Initial D, but years later, MF Ghost brings us back to the mountains, but this time with a new generation behind the wheel. The anime premiered in 2023 and follows Kanata Livington, a half-Japanese racer trained in Europe, who returns to Japan to compete in MFG, an elite, near-future racing league.

One of the coolest aspects of MF Ghost is its use of real licensed cars. From the Toyota 86 to Lamborghini Huracáns, the show embraces the automotive culture of the 2020s with jaw-dropping realism. The animation studio, Felix Film, worked with CGI modeling to recreate the aerodynamic body kits and exhaust sounds with near obsessive detail.

The anime also introduces a mysterious subplot around Kanata’s lineage, hinting at connections to Initial D’s Takumi Fujiwara. For longtime fans of the franchise, it feels like watching the legacy of tofu-delivery mountain racing evolve into the world of sanctioned street circuits.

Overtake!

Release Date

2023 – 2023-00-00

Network

AT-X

Directors

Shu Watanabe

This is one of the most surprising new additions to racing anime, and not just because of the racecars. Overtake! aired in 2023 and quickly caught attention for something rare in the genre, a heavy emotional core.

The story isn’t centered around high-stakes global racing circuits or turbo-charged rivalries. Instead, it follows a struggling photographer and a high school F4 driver, Asahina, whose quiet drive to keep racing slowly rekindles the photographer’s long-lost passion for life. It’s more character study than tire smoke.

The anime dives deep into Formula 4, a real-world feeder series into professional motorsports. From the authentic car designs to the mental strain drivers go through during qualifiers, Overtake! shows respect for the discipline behind the sport. And yet, what really gives the anime its soul is the human story, the pressure of sponsorships, emotional trauma, and the quiet dignity of just continuing to show up.

Sister Wives: Robyn Hit with Bad News as TLC Aims for Drama?

    0
Sister Wives: Robyn Hit with Bad News as TLC Aims for Drama?

Hey Sister Wives fans, let’s talk about Robyn Brown in some darker scenes lately. The second half of Sister Wives Season 19 opened up something new for Robyn Brown. It seems the show stopped doing such heavy editing. In the past, the other wives seemed careful not to say anything to offend Robyn.

Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Has No Choice?

But that is not the case anymore, which leaves fans wondering if something happened behind the scenes. In the past, Kody Brown seemed to call the shots (to some extent) about what made it to the Sister Wives screen.

    Sister Wives: Robyn Brown
    Sister Wives | TLC

Now that we’re seeing a change, I wonder if TLC stopped allowing Kody any input on what makes it into the episodes. We also know he is very protective of Robyn Brown.

We’ve all heard him say the other wives should be more like Robyn. Kody specifically tagged her as his compliant wife. He also suggested that the other three, Meri, Janelle, and Christine – are not

    Robyn Comparisons Not Welcomed

Then we heard the Sister Wives ex-wives say that Kody compared Robyn to his other wives to make a point to Janelle, Christine, and Meri. All three of Kody’s exes said this as Sister Wives season 19 part 2 began.

These three ladies were direct about it. Not one of them hesitated to say how they felt about Robyn on the first new episode to air.

We’re hearing Meri, Janelle and Christine saying things about Robyn we never heard on-screen before. So what changed? And it feels like Kody’s last remaining wife went from Sobbin Robyn to Goblin Robyn in the latest episode.

Robyn Brown made snarky comments on the latest Sister Wives episode. And she hit back at Meri, Janelle, and Christine’s comments from their confessionals. But why?

Sister Wives Original Mission Statement Ripped Up?

Maybe the Sister Wives patriarch’s only wife and his now three exes don’t need to play nice anymore since the family split up. They don’t have to keep up the appearance that the Browns are all in harmony. Which if you remember, was part of their original mission statement on Sister Wives.

But there’s another theory that makes more sense to me. It may be about Sister Wives fan feedback and ratings. Many viewers thought TLC spent way too much time on Christine’s wedding.

Sister Wives: Kody Brown - Robyn BrownSister Wives: Kody Brown - Robyn Brown
    Sister Wives | TLC

The show saturated the screen with all the wedding festivities. Plus all the planning leading up to the big day. So, maybe TLC’s trying to bring up ratings and has Robyn and her rivals doing some mutual bashing, as bashing usually works.

Dragging Down Old Scenes with Mundane New Ones…

Sister Wives got weird in past months by weaving older scenes in with new ones. Much like what they did with Robyn and Kody’s bizarre game night with the kids.

But despite the scenes being more up-to-date, they were also pretty dull. Then Mykelti shed some light on that. When she revealed some of the new Sister Wives scenes were just thrown in with the scenes filmed two years ago.

She thinks it was to try and add some drama since, with the spouses all flung apart, there aren’t as many tense interactions to keep viewers interested.

Sister Wives: Running Out of Scenes?

With nothing much to film now that the family fractured, throwing in old footage might’ve been just to get enough episodes to make a full season. And Aurora’s baptism feels like more filler scenes. Fans were largely unentertained by it or downright bothered.

Sister Wives: Robyn BrownSister Wives: Robyn Brown
    Sister Wives | TLC

So, maybe TLC is scrambling to keep fans from bailing on Sister Wives. And that spells trouble for Kody and Robyn who need that TLC money.

And let’s face it, reality TV is all about watching a good train wreck. But with Kody and Robyn living in harmony, this is far from fascinating, whether they’re playing games, making a big deal out of Aurora’s event, or just sitting around.

TLC Quietly Makes a Change for Robyn?

Obviously, TLC isn’t going to talk about any editing changes, but fans are certain it happened. A while back, Tony Padron said that Robyn hated doing Sister Wives.

He also said she despised hearing what Meri, Janelle, Christine and others said about her on screen. So, it probably wasn’t her idea to let them cut loose and criticize her more.

But, who knows – maybe Kody was hit with an ultimatum to amp up the drama, and that meant making Robyn fair game in the confessionals. Because we’ve all seen terrible stuff said by Kody about Christine, Meri and Janelle.

And Kody’s always gotten plenty of bashing from his Sister Wives exes in the confessionals, which fans enjoy. But up until now, Robyn got a much more favorable edit. Maybe TLC decided they either go after the ratings or it’s canceled. So, this would mean everyone’s fair game.

We just saw Meri saying she doesn’t trust Robyn – and Christine and Janelle talked about her prissy behavior. So it looks like being Kody’s one last wife isn’t getting any easier. At least not while cameras are rolling.

So, did TLC rip away the safety net they’d been keeping around Robyn, and now it’s open season? If so, that might keep fans tuning in just to see what smack talk we get from Janelle, Meri and Christine about the idiot that got left behind, as she called herself.

Head back to Soap Dirt for the latest Sister Wives scoop.

How to unlock Her Ladyship’s Diary in Blue Prince

    0
How to unlock Her Ladyship’s Diary in Blue Prince

“Her Ladyship’s Diary” is a book you can find in Blue Prince located in Her Ladyship’s Chamber. Not only is the room itself hard to draft — it has specific location requirements — but the diary is also locked — and there’s no clue about where the key might be.

Finding the Diary Key and drafting Her Ladyship’s Chamber both require planning (and luck) across multiple days. You’ll likely have to store items in the Coat Check and come back for them once you get the right draft pool.

Our Blue Prince guide will show you how to unlock Her Ladyship’s Diary including how to draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber and where to find the Diary Key.

[Ed. note: This guide contains spoilers for Blue Prince.]

How to draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber in Blue Prince

    Image: Dogubomb/Raw Fury via Polygon

The description of Her Ladyship’s Chamber has a couple of clues about where in the estate it can be drafted. Specifically, it says that the room is in the west wing of the house and that it’s a tribute to her childhood home in Eraja — the kingdom to the south (based on other clues around the estate). This means that you can only draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber on the left side of the house and from a door facing south.

You can do a few things to help you draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber beyond the layout of the estate:

Collect some Ivory Dice for the rerollsDraft the Study and collect a bunch of gems, again, for rerollsSolve the chess puzzle, pick the Banner of the King, and then select bedrooms (purple)If you’ve hit 50 stars, you can find the Inkwell constellation in the Observatory that lets you spend stars to redraw rooms

Getting the room is only the first part of the problem, though. You’ll also need to get the Diary Key.

Where to find the Diary Key in Blue Prince

Even if you manage to draft Her Ladyship’s Chambers, you’ll still need to unlock the diary. The Diary Key requires it’s own quest to find. First, you’ll need either a Burning Glass or a Torch.

For the Self-Ignited Torch, you’ll have to solve the chess puzzle, you can select the Mantle of the Knight to add the Armory to your draft pool. That will let you buy a Self-Ignited Torch. For the Burning Glass, you’ll need to find a Magnifying Glass and a Metal Detector, and then draft the Workshop. That will let you combine them to craft the Burning Glass.

Once you have either of those items, it’s probably safest to store it in the Coat Check until…

Next, you need to draft the Tomb as your Outer Room. You’ve probably already been here to solve the Tomb puzzle and gain access to the Reservoir.

    Blue Prince Tomb map

    Image: Dogubomb/Raw Fury via Polygon

This time, though, you’re looking for pairs of ruby-encrusted candlesticks. When you use the Torch or the Burning Glass on them, a secret passage will open.

There are two pairs of candlesticks in the Tomb. The first pair is immediately left of the main entrance. This secret panel only reveals a small table with an Upgrade Disk and some other goodies.

Blue Prince secret passage opening behind a pair of ruby-encrusted candlesticks

    Image: Dogubomb/Raw Fury via Polygon

At the back of the Tomb, between the statues of Joya (chef’s hat) and Rynna (flat-brimmed hat), you’ll find another pair in an alcove. These candles reveal a secret entrance to Lady Epsen’s coffin.

    Blue Prince Diary Key location

    Image: Dogubomb/Raw Fury via Polygon

Behind the photo on top of the coffin, you’ll find Lady Epsen’s Diary Key.

Drop the key off in the Coat Check, and then wait until you draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber again so you can open the diary.

What clues are in Lady Epsen’s Diary in Blue Prince?

For the most part, Lady Epsen’s Diary is about sleeping in various bedrooms. This does apply to Simon, too — if you call it a day in the bedrooms, you’ll get the effects described in the diary.

Blue Prince Lady Epsen’s Diary final page

    Image: Dogubomb/Raw Fury via Polygon

The most important part, though, is on the very last page. The sketch shows a room that looks an awful lot like the Antechamber in the Outer Room. This is a hint that, with the Blessing of the Monk from the Shrine, you can draft the Antechamber outside. But that’s a clue for another puzzle, the Throne Room.

The second celeb to walk out the front doors in fifth place was singer Chesney, who finished in fifth place. But what did fans have to say?

Actually surprised as I thought Chesney would be out first. Loved him as a housemate though,” another shared.

Celebrity Big Brother final – Viewers ‘shocked’ Chris was evicted first

The first housemate given the boot tonight was Love Island star Chris.

And, after AJ and Will announced the news, viewers took to social media to voice that they were shocked by the result.

One said: “WAITTTT CHRIS BEING 6TH IS KINDA CRAZY?? LIKE OVER CHESNEY AND JACK???? wow.”

Another added: “CHRIS GOT SIXTH PLACE????”

A third said: “I thought Chris would be runner up?”

CBB 2025 – highs, lows and Mickey Rourke

This year’s series made the national news after Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke entered the house. However, for all the wrong reasons.

He kicked things off on a bad foot, ogling host AJ. He then used homophobic language to JoJo. And was ultimately kicked out after squaring up to Chris Hughes.

Mickey was not at the final tonight – something Patsy Palmer will doubtless be pleased about.

Elsewhere, the other main talking point of the series was Chris’ relationship with JoJo. Was it just for show, did he fancy her, and how does her partner feel about their friendship? Time will definitely tell on the latter, we reckon!

What to Watch This Weekend: 20 Great New Movies on All Streaming Services

If you’re in the mood for an intense action movie with jaw-dropping stunts, Havoc will satisfy you. Tom Hardy stars as Walker, a jaded detective who is in a lot of trouble. A drug deal has just gone bad and he’s on the run from a gun-happy crime syndicate that wants him dead and some dirty cops who don’t want their criminal side hustles exposed.

To make it worse, he has to protect a crooked politician’s son who was involved in the drug deal and knows more than he’s letting on. Can Walker save the boy and not be killed in the process?

The plot isn’t anything new, but Havoc is worth watching just for the stunts alone. The movie was directed by Gareth Evans, who made the modern action classics The Raid and Gangs of London, so there are a lot of gunshots, explosions and face-smashing fights. Hell, there’s even a chase scene where someone throws a washing machine onto a pursuing cop car.

Havoc is good, silly fun, the kind of movie you’re glad to watch while it’s on and forget about when you finish it.

Kody Brown Kinda Regrets Telling Ex-Wives He Never Loved Them

          Reading Time: 3 minutes

Kody Brown has made some incendiary comments about his exes.

He’s now walking back some of it. A little bit of it.

On Sister Wives, Kody is now admitting that he regrets one angry lie that he told to, and about, his ex-wives.

Now, he’s apologizing for claiming that he never loved Christine, Janelle, and Meri.

Kody Brown has some regrets that haunt him

In a sneak peek of the Sunday, April 27 episode of Sister Wives, Parade reports that Robyn and Kody Brown will discuss his despondence and misery.

He once had four wives. Now, he has only one.

Fans observed that Robyn seemed to be the only one whom Kody genuinely loved — the favorite.

And he himself had claimed that he didn’t really love the others. And yet he seems so unhappy now.

“I think the biggest thing is whether or not you’re able to process through it enough that you can be yourself again,” Robyn tells Kody on the April 27 episode.

She continues: “Because you’ve been very, very angry, and I understand this.”

Kody replies: “And I apologize, and I understand that I’ve been in a bad place. I’m sorry to you. I’m sorry to them.”

‘I’m kind of arrogant and cocky’

“Plural marriage is hard,” Kody Brown admits to the confessional camera. Really, it was hard, as it is in his past.

“I thought from my myopic perspective it was just hard on me,” he acknowledges.

“But I failed to recognize what a struggle this would be for my wives.”

Kody continued: “I’m trying to move on, but I’m kind of arrogant and cocky about how I do it in order to fight the emotions.”

Then, Kody zeroes in upon a major regret — something that he said that was very hurtful, and not very true.

“Like all that s–t I said about not loving my wives and stuff, my exes,” he describes.

Kody explains that this “was just like me trying to dial in how I felt about it.”

‘Divorce just does that to you’

“I was bulls–tting myself,” Kody admitted.

          He elaborated:

“I was like, ‘Oh yeah, I’m not affected by this. Those mean women, they’re gone. I never loved them anyway.’ I mean, this is really the crap I was spewing because that was [the] only defense I had.”

He then summarized: “Divorce just does that to you.”

Perhaps. But it doesn’t have to, does it?

Celebrity Big Brother final winnings – and why the victorious celeb won’t see a penny of a cash prize

It’s been a classic series of Celebrity Big Brother, but the winner won’t see anything in terms of a cash prize after being crowned at the final tonight.

From Mickey Rourke’s unpleasant outbursts to the interactions between Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa, CBB 2025 will certainly be missed.

But what will the winner take home with them tonight for their efforts over the past three weeks?

What does the winner of the Celebrity Big Brother final 2025 get?

According to OK!, the CBB winner will not bag the same prize as victorious housemates of the regular Big Brother series have done.

That’s because BB winners have often been awarded cash, usually around £100,000, for being the viewers’ top pick.

Previously, CBB final winners have seen a donation of £50,000 given to the charity of their choice. However, it is believed this was abandoned by Channel 5 in 2018. And ITV reportedly did not reinstate this when the show was rebooted after nearly six years away from screens in 2024.

But that’s not to say housemates aren’t reimbursed for their time and efforts.

How much do Celebrity Big Brother housemates earn?

Earlier this month, ED! reported on the net worths of the CBB 2025 cast, as well as ‘revealing’ how much ITV has shelled out for the lineup.

It is believed Ella Rae Wise is this year’s lowest paid contestant. She is said to have been paid £20,000 to take part. Meanwhile, Hollywood star Mickey Rourke is said to have been given the most. He has been reportedly handed a cool £500,000 for his ITV exertions.

Elsewhere, JoJo Siwa will receive £400,000 for her time in the CBB house, it is claimed. And Chris Hughes is reportedly trousering £45,000 for his antics, which have included him wiping at a litter tray he peed in while dressed as a cat.

Also in the final, Chesney Hawkes is said to be in line for £25,000, and Danny Beard could be paid £30,000. Donna Preston is also tipped to receive £30,000, and Jack P Shepherd is expected to pocket £100,000.

            What next?

But surely the greatest win of all will be all the lucrative opportunities that come their way post-show. Although, for two CBB 2025 stars, our PR expert expects it might be quite the opposite!

ADA Price Prediction: Can It Break the $1 Mark Next Month?

            0
ADA Price Prediction: Can It Break the Mark Next Month?

In early 2025, ADA peaked near $1.10 but quickly dropped below $0.70 as the market entered a correction phase. Data from CoinMarketCap shows that ADA has lost over 22% since the beginning of Q2.

However, current price action suggests that ADA is consolidating around a strong support zone and may be poised for a rebound if broader market conditions improve.

According to daily chart data on TradingView, ADA is currently trading within an ascending triangle pattern, a bullish technical structure that often signals a breakout when preceded by an uptrend. A short-term top is forming around the $0.74 level, while higher lows indicate growing buying pressure at increasingly higher price levels.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is hovering around 57 – a neutral zone—suggesting that ADA is not yet overbought and still has room to climb if capital inflows continue. At the same time, the 50-day moving average is approaching a crossover above the 200-day moving average. If confirmed, this would form a “golden cross”—a” widely recognized signal of a potential medium-term uptrend.

If ADA successfully breaks above the $0.74 resistance level, the next price target could range between $0.80 and $0.84, which aligns with the 50% Fibonacci retracement from the most recent correction. However, failure to hold the $0.63 support could open the door for a deeper pullback, with the next key support zone around $0.52–$0.55, previously a strong accumulation area in Q4 2024.

Fundamental Analysis: Strong Development, but Capital Inflows Remain Subdued

Chang Hard Fork, Intersek Testnet, and Hydra Rollout

The biggest catalyst for ADA in the near term is the upcoming Chang Hard Fork, expected to go live in May 2025. This marks a pivotal transition as Cardano enters the Voltaire era, the final phase of its development roadmap.

The upgrade will introduce comprehensive on-chain governance, allowing ADA holders to vote on treasury allocations and network-level decisions. This represents a significant step toward decentralization, long-term stability, and transparent governance for the Cardano ecosystem.

In parallel with governance enhancements, Cardano is ramping up its technical infrastructure to improve scalability and cross-chain compatibility. A notable highlight is the launch of Intersek testnet, an EVM-compatible bridge that enables Ethereum-based dApps to deploy directly on Cardano. This move is seen as a strategic effort to attract developers from other ecosystems, especially given Ethereum’s persistently high gas fees.

Cardano’s Layer-2 solution Hydra Head also continues to advance, boasting the potential to process thousands of transactions per second without congesting the main chain. Several development teams have already successfully tested simple games and payment applications using Hydra.

On the research front, IOHK has unveiled an early roadmap for Ouroboros Leios, a next-generation consensus mechanism designed to enhance throughput and reduce transaction latency. These advancements boost Cardano’s core infrastructure and expand its potential use cases in DeFi, AI, and supply chain tracking.

            Capital Flows: Mixed Signals

Despite robust technical progress, capital flows remain a decisive factor. On-chain data from WhaleStats and Santiment shows that, in the last week of April 2025, several large wallets sold more than 150 million ADA, applying short-term downward pressure on price. This likely reflects profit-taking after ADA’s recovery from $0.50 earlier this year.

However, medium- and long-term holders (with holdings between 10,000 and 1 million ADA) have started accumulating again, particularly in the $0.65 – $0.68 range. Additionally, funding rates across derivatives platforms remain positive, signaling sustained bullish sentiment among margin traders.

Rumors are also circulating within analyst circles about potential spot ETF filings for ADA, following Ethereum’s precedent. If such a product is confirmed and approved in the second half of 2025, it could significantly boost institutional capital inflows and serve as a game-changer for ADA’s long-term price trajectory.

            ADA Price Prediction

            Short-Term (Next 1 Month): Range-bound between $0.65–$0.80

In May 2025, if ADA can maintain support around $0.67 and decisively break above the key resistance at $0.74, a move toward the $0.80 level is well within reach. The $0.78–$0.80 zone also aligns with the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement of the most recent correction – a level where short-term profit-taking may occur.

However, if ADA fails to hold above $0.70 in the next 2–3 weeks and faces pressure from whale sell-offs or unfavorable macro news (e.g., rising U.S. inflation or continued Fed hawkishness), the price could retest the $0.60 zone or lower. The $0.63 level remains a strong technical support.

A drop toward $0.52 is only likely if the broader crypto market enters a sharp correction phase or if there is regulatory or ETF-related negative news.

            Mid-Term (3–6 Months): Targeting the $1–$1.20 range

Should Cardano successfully roll out the Chang Hard Fork and launch the mainnet version of the Intersek EVM bridge, the ecosystem could see a significant uptick in dApp activity and user onboarding, acting as strong catalysts that could help ADA reclaim the $1 mark in Q3 2025.

A bullish scenario for the next 3–6 months may include:

ADA breaking past its previous high of $1.10 and targeting $1.20, particularly if the market enters a mini-altseason or if an ADA spot ETF is approved. If Cardano’s ecosystem expands but macro conditions remain neutral, ADA may consolidate between $0.90–$1.00 before a clearer breakout.Conversely, if the broader crypto market stays range-bound, ADA may continue to trade within the $0.65–$0.85 range without a decisive breakout.

            Conclusion

In summary, ADA’s 1–6 month trajectory is conditionally bullish. If both technical and fundamental factors align, the price could break back above the $1 mark.

Otherwise, if broader market conditions weaken or capital continues to flow elsewhere, ADA may remain range-bound between $0.60 and $0.85 for some time. For medium- to long-term investors, however, ADA remains a project worth watching, backed by a robust infrastructure roadmap and a highly engaged community.
